| With the progress of times,the demand for steel as well as its quality and variety,is growing globally.Besides,because of the deterioration of living environment,the production of steel needs to be more energy-saving.The improvement of blast furnace top structure not only boosts the steel production and promotes the proportion of the recycling economy,but also saves energy and reduces energy consumption.Nowadays,the overall level of domestic steel industry is not high,the low-value-added products are surplus,and the high-value-added products are insufficient.It is for these reasons that the steel industry remains in the doldrums.Many of the medium or small iron and steel companies are facing difficulties in deficit and operation year by year.However,Baotou Steel has continually made profits against a backdrop of general gloom.The achievement benefits from the advanced devices,which provides hardware basis for the construction of eco-circulating economy.Thanks to the great investment in environmental protection facility,the blast furnace’s high emissions have been controlled as the application of bell-less top equipment.This paper focuses on the blast furnace distributor and distributor chute bracket.It separately introduced the design,calculation and running simulation of the distributor and detailed the strength check,modeling and finite element analysis of the distributor’s chute bracket.The achievements were following: 1.Dynamics design and calculation of Baotou Steel-Ⅲdistributing devices’ transmission parts.And verify its feasibility 2.Dynamic simulation of bell-less top devices,Dynamic simulation of Baotou Steel-Ⅲdistributor,Verify their feasibility,and modeling of chute bracket’s main parts.3.Application of Solid works for bracket’s dynamic simulation,and application of Solid works SimulationXpress for finite element analysis.The results showed that used Forging Steel 14Ni3 CrMoV as materials,the bracket could meet the needs of the practical production.The research mentioned above makes theoretical verification for the accident,and provides the guidance for the practical production. |
