Compared with the traditional incineration method,resource-sorting method,compost method,and landfill method,the low-temperature pyrolysis and gasification technology of domestic garbage has significant advantages in the control of pollutant emissions,and the technology has a good development prospect.In this paper,a set of low temperature pyrolysis and gasification treatment system for domestic waste is designed and calculated,and the design calculation is verified through experiments.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,the calorific value of the garbage is calculated based on the elemental composition of domestic garbage,and the structural size of the pyrolysis gasifier used in the experimental system is calculated.The pyrolysis and gasification reactions of the garbage in the gasifier are analyzed.Out of the composition of the gasification gas.According to the conservation of energy,the temperature of the gasification gas at the outlet of the gasifier is calculated,and the temperature of the flue gas at the outlet of the burner is calculated accordingly.Then,the heat exchanger is designed and calculated.The diameter of the tube bundle used in the heat exchanger is selected,and the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger,the number of tube bundles required in the heat exchanger,and the tube bundle are selected from the corresponding formulas.Length,verified the air flow rate and the number of baffles in the heat exchanger,and finally determined the number of baffles required in the heat exchanger and the air flow rate.According to the experimental experience,the structure of the activated carbon box and bag filter is selected,and the number of layers of activated carbon and the number and size of bags in the bag filter are determined.Finally,based on the theoretical design calculations,an experimental platform was set up to conduct experiments in the laboratory and in the enterprise.The theoretical design calculations were verified,and the problems in the experiments were analyzed.The causes of the problems were found,and the corresponding measures were taken.Solution.In particular,the burner was modified for the problems that occurred in the experiment,and the burner after the reformation had a good effect.Through the research and experimental analysis of this subject,the low-temperature pyrolysis and gasification treatment system for domestic waste can achieve waste reductionand harmless treatment,and the flue gas emissions meet the relevant national standards.In most cases,the system energy can be self-balanced.Has a very good application significance.
