| With the continuous acceleration of new-type urbanization,one of the problems in today’s society,he garbage disposal has become increasingly serious.Among the current waste treatment,landfill occupies a lot of land resources.As for incineration,it can reduce the quantity of MSW,but also causes the second pollution problems,such as the problem of dioxin.As a new type of waste treatment technology,waste pyrolysis has higher energy efficiency and lower secondary pollution,Pyrolysis technology is favored by the industry for small-scale domestic waste treatment.Tibet has a large area and a small population,and the amount of rural household waste in Tibet is small and scattered.However,the ecological environment in Tibet is fragile and sensitive.The treatment and disposal of rural waste in Tibet has attracted much attention from the community,but there is no better way of processing and disposal.This article explains the characteristics of the components of the municipal solid waste in the rural area of Tibet through field investigations and indoor analysis.Based on the distribution ratio of the typical organic waste in rural Tibet.It analyzes the solid waste in the villages(ash,volatile matter,fixed carbon)and element analysis through pyrolysis experiments.A comparative analysis of the effects of different waste components,pyrolysis temperature,intake air volume,pyrolysis time,catalyst and other factors on waste pyrolysis gas production was conducted.With pyrolysis gas production as the goal,the optimal conditions for waste pyrolysis and its preliminary purification technology were optimized.As a result of:(1)the content of the household garbage in rural Tibet,organic materials such as paper,rubber,textiles,wood and bamboo account for a relatively high proportion,reaching 44.16%,and the proportion of total combustibles reaching 60.98%,respectively,compared with other regions.A total moisture content is 30.6%;(2)Among the different influencing factors of pyrolysis,the temperature has the most obvious effect on the gas production of pyrolysis,followed by the time,the catalyst and the amount of pyrolysis gas.The pyrolysis temperature is an important parameter in the process of gas production from domestic waste pyrolysis.As the temperature rises,the content of CO and H2gradually increases.When the pyrolysis temperature is lower than 900°C,whose content varies with the temperature.As the temperature rises further,the content of CH4 gradually decreases;(3)the heating value of the pyrolysis gas does not increase with the pyrolysis temperature,but has a maximum value,that is,the pyrolysis temperature is 800℃,when the pyrolysis temperature exceeds the temperature at the maximum point,the calorific value begins to decrease.Meanwhile,in the course of the pyrolysis process,the material components,the amount of air intake,the pyrolysis time and the catalyst all have an effect on the gas production of pyrolysis.Increasing pyrolysis temperature accelerates the reaction speed and shortens the reaction time,making the gas production ahead of time as well.At the end of this article,the advantages and disadvantages of various existing purification technologies of the waste pyrolysis flue gas are described and compared in detail through literature review.A set of purification technologies of pyrolysis flue gas is proposed.The results of the thesis provide technical guidance and reference for the treatment of rural waste in Tibet. |
