Pedagogical Content Knowledge,abbreviated as PCK is an essential core knowledge that is different from other industries as a necessary teacher group,which can reflect the level of teacher teaching from the professional field of teacher education.As an important reserve force for future teachers,it is of great practical significance to study the development of chemistry teachers 'PCK.As a learning organization,Professional Learning Community,abbreviated as PLC is an important way to promote teachers' professional development.In this study,a PLC team suitable for chemistry teacher students was established to provide a professional learning platform for the development of PCK for chemistry teacher students.The specific PCK element observation standards were re-enacted based on the research understanding,and a PCK element observation standard was developed.A series of specific studies on the development of PCK for chemistry teachers.The study found that: chemistry teacher students lack knowledge of KAS,which is scientific learning evaluation;chemistry teacher students lack education machine intelligence;chemistry teacher students have low achievements in OTS-KSC in PLC team learning,and the model building ability is not strong;PLC team It plays a role in promoting the development of PCK for chemistry teachers;the PLC team has a good effect on the development of the PCK elements of chemistry teachers;the PLC team has an important role in enhancing the enthusiasm and attitude of chemistry teachers.
