Research On The Performance Management Of The State Owned Enterprises

Ou Embroidery is one of the five major embroideries in China,and it is named because it is located in Wenzhou.The unique embroidery process of Ou Embroidery carries rich cultural history and local characteristics.As a local characteristic handicraft technique in Wenzhou,Ou Embroidery contains rich historical value,cultural value,educational value,aesthetic value,economic value and so on.It is the crystallization of wisdom of Wenzhou people in past dynasties and the precious intangible cultural heritage of all mankind.However,in recent years,the situation of protection and inheritance of Ou Embroidery is worrisome.There are many problems,such as poor protection of the inheritors,gap in talents,small scale of Ou Embroidery production,insufficient innovation of Ou Embroidery works,inadequate publicity from the government,low social awareness of intangible cultural heritage and so on,which lead to the slow development of Ou Embroidery and it may even die out,which should arouse the attention of experts and scholars.This paper is supported by relevant theories of intangible cultural heritage.Firstly,give opinions on the protection and inheritance of Ou Embroidery in Wenzhou by means of literature review,questionnaires,interviews with masters and comprehensive analysis.Secondly,learn successful experiences and practices in the inheritance process of Ou Embroider by conducting field study on Wenzhou intangible cultural heritage protection center and visiting famous Ou Embroidery master studios.Finally,combining with the actual situation of Ou Embroidery in Wenzhou area,some thoughts on the inheritance and development of Ou Embroidery are put forward.The main contents of this paper include:Chapter One(Introduction):the research background,research content,research ideas and methods and related concepts are briefly expounded and explained.Chapter Two:the analysis of the Wenzhou Ou Embroidery itself,and the understanding the unique characteristics and artistic features of Ou Embroidery.This chapter analyzes the value of Ou Embroidery as a national intangible cultural heritage from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage.Chapter Three:to understand the origin of Ou Embroidery and explore the four stages of its inheritance and development:the embroidery period with domestic production as the main mode,the embroidery period with workshop as the production unit,the embroidery period with factory production as the main mode,and the embroidery period with facade as the individual unit.Chapter Four:connected with the actual situation,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the inheritors,practitioners and local primary and middle school students of Ou Embroidery,and the current status of the inheritance of Ou Embroidery was understood based on the survey data.The problems faced by Ou Embroidery in its inheritance are analyzed.Chapter Five:suggestions on inheritance and protection of Ou Embroidery.Under the background of the new era,it is the foundation of inheritance of Ou Embroidery to excavate its own value and improve its popularity.The establishment of a perfect market mechanism is an important condition for the economic transformation of Ou Embroidery products.The establishment of government-led protection mechanism is an important guarantee for the inheritance of Ou Embroidery.In addition,it is necessary to promote multi-party participation in the establishment of Ou Embroidery protection mechanism.
