Reasonable and scientific performance appraisal helps to evaluate the value of employees,enhance employees 'abilities,stimulate employees' enthusiasm and initiative,help to improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise,regulate internal resources,optimize internal operating processes,reduce various expenses and reduce enterprises Product prices,improve customer satisfaction,form the company's core competitiveness,develop and consolidate market share,and help companies take advantage in the fierce market competition.Since the reform and opening up,China's enterprises have grown from scratch,from small to large,and have achieved rapid development.The production scale of enterprises has continued to expand,and the management model has become more and more scientific.However,rapid development has also brought some problems,among which the problems of performance evaluation cannot be ignored.For example: there is no reasonable scientific plan,lack of effective communication,unreasonable indicators and weights,inappropriate methods,lack of feedback and inadequate application.These problems have greatly restricted our enterprises from going big and strong,going out of the door,and going to the world.JZD is a leading company among local enterprises.It conducts research and analysis based on the performance evaluation of its sales personnel.It is of great practical significance for improving the overall efficiency of the company and obtaining core competitive advantages.It also optimizes the performance evaluation of sales personnel of similar companies.It has reference significance.This article combs the relevant theoretical research and applied research on performance appraisal at home and abroad.On this basis,it conducts an in-depth investigation on the basic situation of JZD company and the performance appraisal of sales staff.It is found that there are unreasonable performance assessment content settings and performance assessment standard design in JZD company Unscientific,insufficient performance evaluation system and other issues;in-depth analysis of the problems found,it can be seen that the management of JZD company does not pay enough attention to performance evaluation,corporate culture is backward,and the performance evaluation method is not properly selected,etc.;based on the analysis of the problems and causes found,From the establishment of culture,the objectives,principles,dimensions,indicators,weights of performance evaluation,the establishment of JZD company performance evaluation special organization and other aspects to optimize,design a new performance evaluation plan;and combined with the actual JZD company performance evaluation plan and publicity,Communication and implementation,feedback and applicationand many other aspects have put forward the optimized performance evaluation implementation plan of JZD sales staff to ensure that the performance evaluation is implemented and effective.
