Performance appraisal and salary distribution system has been the focus of enterprise employees,directly related to and affect the behavior of employees,thereby affecting the performance of enterprises.This article from the actual case of Sansteel mining company,an empirical study of the relationship between performance appraisal and salary distribution system and enterprise performance and employee behavior.Based on the research status at home and abroad for China's salary system background,employee behavior,performance appraisal,based on reviews and introduces the basic situation of three steel mine company,according to the theory,the optimal compensation contract fairness theory,behavior theory,goal setting theory,through the implementation of MES online quantitative performance assessment of enterprise the performance change of employee behavior,before and after comparison of Sansteel mining company with the methods of questionnaire survey and data,statistical analysis of the test results,the salary distribution effect of fair and equitable process for both.This paper respectively from the production,processing quantity change,personnel change of MES examination on employees' work attitude and work efficiency;from the quality and cost control in view of the effects of MES appraisal on employees' quality of work and effect;from the influence put forward proposals to improve the implementation of MES and the angle of staff appraisal innovation behavior.Then from the whole process of cost control from the perspective of improving efficiency,reduce staff redundancy and reduce the cost of human resources from the angle and angle of the product quality benefits and the promotion of enterprise management innovation and technology innovation angle analyzes the impact of MES on enterprise performance evaluation.This paper found:(1)the fair salary distribution results can significantly improve the positive behavior of employees.The results of performance evaluation can reflect the quality and efficiency of employees,and the higher the degree of acceptance,even if there is a large gap between the internal salary distribution,it also has no significant negative impact on employees.(2)the process of salary distribution has a positive impact on employee satisfaction and behavior,so that employees should have full participation,the right to know.(3)the performance appraisal is open,fair,the salary assignment result is scientific and reasonable,can promote the staff to enhance the sense of responsibility effectively,the improvement operation,stimulates the staff the innovation enthusiasm.(4)through the assessment of the employee behavior guide actively,can effectively enhance the efficiency of enterprises,their operation level,reduce redundant personnel and reduce the cost,improve business performance.(5)the results of performance appraisal and salary distribution are more fair,and the enthusiasm of employees to participate in enterprise management innovation and technological innovation is higher.
