Research On Risk Management Of A Oilfield B Oil Production Plant Jiangxin Island Oil Well Protection Project

With the increasing attention paid to environmental protection and safety in production year by year in China,the requirements for petroleum production enterprises to carry out production operations in environmentally sensitive areas have gradually increased.The bank revetment project of Jiangxindao well area of A Oilfield B Production Plant is an engineering construction project to prevent oil production facilities near the shore from being immersed in river water.The construction of revetment project in Jiangxindao well area should not only face the complicated natural and social environment,but also invest huge manpower,material and financial resources.There are many influencing factors and uncertainty in the project,and improper treatment may bring serious consequences to the builders.To this end,the project builder must correctly identify the project risk,and on the basis of project risk analysis,formulate an effective risk control program.Based on the theory of risk management,project risk management and risk characteristics of revetment engineering project,this paper identifies and analyses the risks that may occur during the implementation of revetment engineering project in Jiangxindao well area of A Oilfield B Oil Production Plant by combining theory with practice,and puts forward corresponding strategies and measures to deal with the risks in order to achieve the guarantee project.The purpose of smooth implementation.The key contents of this paper include identifying seven kinds of risks,such as natural risk and construction risk,in the revetment project of Jiangxindao well area,using analytic hierarchy process to carry out project risk analysis,combining with the results of project risk analysis,putting forward risk management suggestions such as attaching great importance to construction risk to the project construction units,and summarizing the risk response strategies of the revetment project of Jiangxindao well area.And the corresponding measures.The research of this paper provides strong support and guarantee for the smooth implementation of the bank protection project in Jiangxindao well area of A Oilfield B Production Plant,and also provides valuable reference and reference for the risk management of similar projects,which has strong practical significance.
