Research On Construction Quality Control Of Xingbei 402 Oil Transfer Station System Engineering Project

In today's increasingly fierce market competition,engineering quality has become the core competitiveness of enterprises,and also the fundamental guarantee for the survival and development of construction and installation enterprises.How to improve quality control management during construction progress is a consideration for every project participant.The object of this paper is the quality control in the construction of the system engineering of Xingbei 402 transfer station.On the basis of clear background selection.the paper deeply studies the related literatures at home and abroad,introduces the related concepts of quality control and the status of quality control in the construction process of Xingbei 402 transfer station.The construction technology,technical plan,construction process and construction management plan adopted during the construction progress are summarized.The problems appeared during the quality control process in construction progress are discussed.Although the construction technology of this project is not difficult,we still find many quality problems.In order to ensure ground construction can serve oil and gas production safely and effectively,it is necessary to further strengthen the quality control during the construction progress,aiming at the impact of the five factors of human,machine,material,law,and environment on construction.Factor analysis one by one,find out the solution,and gradually establish quality control measures that are comprehensive in content and efficient in operation,which meet the actual needs of the project and ultimately guarantee the quality objectives of the project.At the same time,it provides an effective and feasible reference value for the quality control of other oilfield projects.
