As one of the substitute materials of the new wood-based panel,bamboos are widely used in the fields of automobile industry,architecture and furniture,especially in the field of furniture.The lines of furniture made of bamboos are smooth,the shape is simple and bright,but the production of bamboos in our country is still in existence The small scale and unreasonable planning of the enterprise affect the production efficiency and product quality control of the integrated bamboo timber.The planning and design of production line in the construction of manufacturing enterprises not only determines the investment scale of fixed assets,but also affects various operating costs such as human and material resources.The reasonable planning of production line can improve production efficiency and increase production;enterprises can adjust production line quickly and orderly according to the change of market situation,so as to enhance their core competitiveness.This paper makes a detailed analysis and Research on the production line planning and design of integrated bamboo manufacturing enterprises.First of all,the content,basis and principle of production line planning and design,production line layout and equipment layout are analyzed in detail to provide theoretical basis for the planning and design of bamboo integrated timber production line.Secondly,the processing technology and production equipment,energy supply,clean production and environmental protection,transportation and storage of materials are studied.In order to avoid the large gap between the theoretical calculation of production capacity and the actual production capacity,the research and Analysis on the production base of bamboo in Yong'an is carried out to provide reference for the subsequent production line planning.Finally,on the basis of the previous theoretical research and the actual factory investigation,based on the "capacity matching",combined with the product and capacity positioning,construction conditions,planning objectives and design requirements of Fujian JC Bamboo Industry Co.,Ltd.,combined with the requirements of the environmental protection function zoning and emission standards of the project location,the production process of the integrated bamboo is determined,and the production capacity and production design of each process are also determined The production capacity matching,energy supply equipment matching,pollution source analysis and treatment measures were analyzed in detail.The layout planning and design were carried out,and the planning and design scheme of the production line of bamboo aggregate based on production capacity matching was completed.In this paper,for the first time,the planning and design of the production line of bamboos are carried out from three aspects:the matching of production capacity of the previous and subsequent processes,the matching of energy supply and equipment,the matching of environmental protection facilities and emission intensity of pollution sources,in order to provide sufficient theoretical demonstration for the new production line of bamboos,and it provides a reference for the planning and design of the production line of the same type of enterprises in the future.
