In recent years,the state of safety production in the construction sector has been generally stable and has continued to improve.However,the proportion of casualties and accidents in the construction industry is still relatively high each year.At the same time,in the face of rapidly increasing engineering volume,increasingly complex building types,and cross-regional enterprises and Problems such as personnel management and a large number of complaints about building quality,the traditional quality and safety supervision model can no longer meet the needs of the safe production of modern construction industry.In addition,with the rapid development of the Internet,the state requires speeding up the application of big data,cloud computing,and Internet of Things,and promoting the informationization revolution in the construction industry with new technologies,new formats,and new models.About big data and information at home and abroad in this paper,through summarizing the construction quality and safety supervision related research,draw lessons from large data concept and the construction quality and safety related theory,the introduction of information management concept,summed up the traditional government quality and safety supervision system and problems,put forward using big data the necessity and feasibility of construction project quality and safety regulation.The effect of quality and safety supervision is improved from the aspects of supervision process informatization,platform collaborative work,data statistical analysis and real-time information feedback,and the effect is evaluated.Finally,through the application of tongxiang intelligent supervision platform,the improvement effect of government supervision on the quality and safety of construction projects based on big data is practiced and applied,and the achievements of the intelligent supervision platform are summarized,which reflects the systematic,advanced,scientific and operable nature of the big data platform.
