Internal control is a subject that can not be ignored in modern enterprise management.Good and effective internal control has a very important impact on the short-term balance and long-term development of enterprises.To design a set of scientific and effective internal control system,which does not occupy resources,and can achieve good results,is the enterprise management must attach great importance to the problem.Since the 20 th century,domestic and foreign experts and scholars have discussed the theory and practice of internal control,among which the American COSO report is the most representative.With the continuous development of social economy,the development of internal control theory is experiencing a new leap.At present,China has become the world's second largest consumer and producer of resources.The oil industry is an important industry to promote the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards.As a large state-owned enterprise,S natural gas sales company also deeply feels that it is not difficult to build a system in the process of promoting the construction and operation of the internal control system.The difficulty lies in how to truly integrate the system with the actual production and operation of the enterprise,so as to promote the scientific and sustainable development of the enterprise.The author defined the concept of internal control related,in order to make clear the connotation of internal control,the five elements of internal control framework,secondly,combing the actuality of S company's internal control management and company S internal control mainly exist unreasonable organization structure and post division of labor,risk assessment is not scientific,business process trival,executive force is relatively low,again,in view of the present main problems of the company S internal control,internal control design optimization.Finally,through the comparison before and after the implementation of S company's internal control optimization scheme,the guarantee measures for the effective implementation of the internal control optimization scheme are proposed.
