Mould is the mother of modern industrial production and the basic process equipment of modern manufacturing industry.For injection moulds,random cooling technology has a good prospect.Sl M-shaped Conformal Cooling Channel(CCC)mold inserts can significantly improve production efficiency,improve product quality and reduce enterprise costs.At present,there is a big gap between domestic and foreign countries in research level and application level.At the same time,due to the change of processing technology,it is necessary to innovate the design method of the shape cooling system,so as to better design the shape cooling channel of the injection mold.This paper firstly summarizes the related researches on injection moulds at home and abroad.Then starting from the temperature regulation system of the injection mold,the influence of the mold temperature regulation system on the production efficiency and the quality of the plastic parts is studied,and the importance of the mold temperature regulation system is highlighted.Then the cooling system of injection mold is introduced based on the temperature regulating system.Based on the theory of heat transfer,this paper analyzes three ways of mold heat transfer: heat conduction,heat convection and heat radiation,and on this basis calculates the flow rate and diameter of cooling medium,the hole wall area of mold cooling pipeline and the length of cooling pipeline,and checks the flow state of cooling medium.Due to the superiority of the follow-up cooling water course,the relevant knowledge and design rules of the follow-up water course are analyzed and summarized,and the use and maintenance methods of the water course are proposed.Then,aiming at the uniformity of cooling,combined with Moldflow analysis software,four kinds of waterway schemes of oven components are designed.The simulation results show that the conventional waterway,the zigzag waterway and the combination of the two waterways can effectively improve product heat accumulation and reduce product warping rate.The printed process of Selective Laser Melting(SLM)was also summarized.The molding characteristics of the injection mold were explored,including the molding process of the 3D printing injection mold with waterway inserts,the molding performance of the mold characteristics,dimensional accuracy,surface quality and other aspects.Finally,taking the oven component as an example,the cooling waterway inserts of the plastic part were designed and printed.The printed inserts were loaded into the mold and applied to the production practice.The test results showed that the inserts met the standards,and the quality of the injection products was improved to meet the application requirements.
