This thesis comes from the project of school enterprise integration of Shandong University of technology.Mine gas measurement is an important part of mine safety production,mine gas is the dangerous source of explosion,the high-precision detection of mine gas concentration seriously affects the production and development of the mine,and the effective treatment of mine gas also seriously affecting the ecological environment.Methane,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,ethane,acetylene and other 13 gases are the main explosive gases and toxic and harmful gases produced in the mining process.When the concentration of these gases reaches a certain level and they are not found in time,explosion accidents or suffocation of workers will occur in the mine.Therefore,accurate,efficient and real-time detection of mine gas concentration is of great significance to mine safety production.Methane as the main source of explosion,how to improve the detection accuracy of methane has been an important research topic.At the same time,12 components in other mines also have an important impact on the explosion range of methane.Therefore,according to the actual situation,this paper proposes the CRDs methane detection system and the other gas detection system based on chromatography to detect 13 kinds of gas in the mine in real time.The main research contents include:1.Based on the principle of infrared laser absorption spectroscopy,the absorption band of methane gas near 1650 nm,the resonance mode of ring down cavity and the condition of light field stability are analyzed,and the optical devices are selected.The tunable diode absorption spectroscopy and cavity ring down absorption spectroscopy are used to build the methane optical detection system.Through the spectral superposition inversion matrix,the methane optical detection system is obtained when the integration time is 1 s,the detection limit of the system is 2.76 ppm;when the integration time is increased to 50 s,the detection limit is reduced to 0.580 ppm.2.The detection principle of gas chromatography,the working principle of chromatograph and the quantitative and qualitative analysis method are studied.A 12 component mine gas detection system is designed.In view of the strict control of temperature in the detection process of chromatographic column,a temperature rise method based on particle swarm-pid control is proposed,which greatly improves the detection accuracy in the actual detection process.3.In order to increase the accuracy of mine gas prediction,support vector machine is used to realize the nonlinear mapping between absorption spectrum and gas concentration.Under the premise of not establishing mathematical model,through training and continuous improvement of vector machine model,high-precision gas concentration prediction can be realized.In order to make SVR play a good role and find the right parameters,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to detect the concentration of mixed gases in real time.This algorithm has both the depth of particle swarm optimization and the breadth of invasive weed algorithm,so as to enhance the global search ability and population diversity of the algorithm purpose.4.According to the detection task,design the content and composition of the upper computer detection system,develop the upper computer program,realize the full-automatic data collection and real-time detection.The upper computer has the functions of data storage,analysis,early warning,etc,fully combining the graphic display advantages of Lab VIEW and MATLAB Powerful data processing function,the development of a new mine gas detection system,in order to sample the mine gas well,32 ways of mine gas extraction subsystem is designed,32 sampling points under the mine 24 hours uninterrupted sampling.
