Research And Application Of On-line Monitoring System For Grounding Circulation Of High Voltage Cable

The n-pentane,isopentane and cyclopentane are separated from the mixed pentane produced by the light hydrocarbon fractionation unit by multi-tower continuous distillation.However,the sulfur content of n-pentane and bromine index of isopentane products produced by the enterprise are relatively high,and the sulfur and benzene content of cyclopentane products are relatively high,which do not meet the national standards.The mixed pentane related products can only be sold according to the industrial mixed alkane or stable light hydrocarbon at a low price,which makes the economic benefit of the enterprise is very low.How to improve the product quality of pentane refined products and the added value of pentane refined products is an important issue for enterprises.This paper analyzes the condition of pentane refined products' indexes do not conform to the national standards of the company.It is proposed to adopt the mature domestic low-pressure hydrodesulfurization and dearying technology by referring to the latest production process and equipment scheme of pentane refined products at home and abroad.We designed the mixed pentane hydrodesulfurization and mixed cyclopentane unit by adding a hydrogenation unit to the available supporting 50000 tons / year mixed pentane refined unit.The new hydrogenation unit includes the unit framework and substation,in which the ra w material mixed pentane comes from the mixed pentane storage tank in the tank farm of Daq ing Oilfield Chemical Co.,Ltd.(upstream is the light hydrocarbon fractionation unit);cyclope ntane comes from the mixed pentane refined unit,with stable and reliable source;the hydroge n raw material is provided by the methanol branch;other utilities rely on the existing utility sy stem of the mixed pentane refined unit.The project plans to upgrade product quality by hydro desulfurization of mixed pentane and hydrodephenylation of mixed cyclopentane,The project plan to upgrade the product quality is designed to improve the quality of mixed pentane refined products.After being put into production it can process 50000 tons / year of mixed pentane and 3000 tons / year of cyclopentane,produce foaming agent meeting the quality requirements of national standards,and improve the added value of products and increase the profit space of enterprises.The implementation of this project will in line with the guidelines and policies of environmental protection in the national project construction and the policies o f strengthening Sinopec's pillar industries in the national economy.It is proved that the schem e is reasonable,the economic and social benefits are significant,and the project is feasible.
