Analysis Of Desulfurization Transformation Project Of The 2*600MW Powerplant

In our country,coal-fired power plants are still in a large propotion nowadays.During the production process of the powerplants,dusts,S02,NOx and other pollutants are the main sources of atmospheric pollution.So the emission control in coal-fired power plants and the implementation of the flue gas desulfurization and has become a very essential problem.State environmental protection department issued a new requirement that regulated the FGD system must canceled the flue gas bypass;the flue gas must pass through the FGD and reach the national environment standard before emission.This paper based on the desulfurization transforming of the Qin Zhou Power Plant,analysing the situation of the FGD system before.For the unusual trip caused by the FGD machine problem,we make some plans to conncted the IDF and the booster.After this transformation,,we make some tests that when the system can be used under the stable situaion,the disturbance process results were good.After the transformation,the whole system can be normally used and we can make sure this system is stable.
