Study On Equipment Maintenance Management Of China Petroleum Pipeline Corporation

With the continuous development of China's economy,the consumption of oil and gas resources is increasing day by day.Pipeline transportation industry has entered a golden period in the construction,operation and development of China's long-distance oil and gas pipeline in recent years due to its advantages of high efficiency,low cost and safety reliability.With the continuous improvement of enterprise automation equipment,mechanical equipment also play an increasingly prominent role in the production of equipment.With more and more equipment,the cost of maintaining is higher and higher.The management of equipment maintenance can not only ensure the operation of the equipment in a safe steady state,guarantee the smooth progress of production,but also becomes the key to improve the efficiency of production.Therefore,it is of practical value to study the equipment maintenance management of China petroleum pipeline company.This paper takes the equipment maintenance management of China petroleum pipeline company as the research object,by means of questionnaire and interview,this paper studied the equipment maintenance and management of China petroleum pipeline company.Firstly,this paper describes the background,purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the current situation of the research in this field at home and abroad,skillfully uses a variety of research methods to carry out the research,and determines the research content in depth.Secondly,the related concepts and theories of equipment maintenance are summarized to provide theoretical basis for the follow-up problems and the optimization of the scheme.Thirdly,a brief introduction is made to the basic situation of China petroleum pipeline company,the present situation of equipment maintenance and management is analyzed,on the basis of questionnaire and interview,the existing problems of equipment maintenance management are analyzed from the aspects of equipment management system,equipment maintenance management information system,equipment maintenance management system and so on.Fourthly,on the basis of problem analysis,this paper puts forward the improvement plan from three aspects: equipment management system,information management system,and the maintenance management system.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the improvement plan from the aspects of increasing the investment in equipment maintenance,and improving the incentiveassessment mechanism,technical guarantee measures,organizational culture guarantee and so on.It is expected that the study of this paper will provide a feasible plan for improving the equipment maintenance management of China petroleum pipeline company.
