Under the background of deepening the reform of large domestic enterprises,how to reduce cost and increase efficiency in iron and steel enterprises has become more important.Equipment maintenance cost is the largest controllable cost of enterprises.Therefore,the cost of equipment maintenance projects directly affects the profit level of enterprises.Company B is a large steel company with five internationally advanced sheet production lines.In order to better adapt to China ' s modern enterprise survival and development requirements,B company in equipment maintenance project cost management continues to find new breakthroughs,accumulated some experience,but in some aspects there are still low maintenance cost management level.How to find a suitable equipment maintenance cost management method for B company has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,through the analysis of theoretical and practical cases,this paper studies the related problems of cost management of equipment maintenance project in B company,in order to improve the control level of equipment maintenance project cost in B company,further improve the modern cost management system,give full play to the advantages of enterprises,and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises.Dissertation,the equipment maintenance project of Company B is taken as the research object.Firstly,the relevant literature on project cost management at home and abroad is reviewed.The research status of equipment maintenance projects at home and abroad and the research results of cost management of equipment maintenance projects at home and abroad are combed.The results and shortcomings of existing research are summarized.Secondly,the concept and theoretical basis of equipment maintenance project cost management are expounded,and the concept,purpose,content,principle and method of equipment maintenance cost management are summarized.Then,the current situation of equipment maintenance in Company B is introduced,and the existing problems are analyzed.For example,there are several problems in the cost management of equipment maintenance in Company B,such as the delay in correcting the deviation of the project cost budget scheme,the backward method of cost management of equipment maintenance project,and the neglect of the control of schedule cost.The earned value method is used to analyze the equipment maintenance project in Company B,and the deviation between the planned cost and the actual cost of the project implementation,the deviation between the planned schedule and the actual schedule of the project are found.Combined with the actual situation of the project implementation,it is found that due to the holiday during the Spring Festival,the construction progress is slowed down,and the sudden outbreak seriously affects the maintenance progress.The company is facing the severe situation of the epidemic,and constantly takes measures to contact the suppliers to start the online uninterrupted service after sale,solve various problems,accelerate the maintenance progress,and reduce the deviation in time.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the cost management of equipment maintenance project in B company,this paper corrects the deviation of project cost budget scheme in time,strengthens the synchronous control of cost and progress in the process of project implementation,and establishes the grid system of cost control improve the maintenance cost management awareness of these aspects of B company to strengthen equipment maintenance project cost management measures.
