Equipment Maintenance Management In Dalian Petrochemical Company

China's petrochemical enterprises have played a vital and irreplaceable role in promoting the regional economic development and national strategic resource reserves.For petrochemical enterprises,performing well in the equipment management can not only ensure the safe and stable operation of equipmentfor the smooth progress of production,but also effectively reduce the operation costs,increase economic benefits to help boost the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Under in-depth research on equipment maintenance management in Dalian Petrochemical Company,and learning theoretical contents related with equipment maintenance management by starting from issues existing in the daily equipment maintenance work,this paper analyzes and researches the current weak links in equipment maintenance management,equipment maintenance mode,and equipment decision-making in combination with the research on advanced maintenance modes at home and abroad,so as to prove the necessity and urgency of reformation on equipment maintenance management.This paper optimizes and improves the existing deficiencies in equipment maintenance management modes in enterprises by gradually reducing the construction quantity of planned maintenance,developing towards the conditionmonitoring maintenance mode,introducing highly standardized comprehensively normalized production maintenance modeTnPM,and exploring a variety of methods such as the modes of cancelling partial equipment overhaul.By utilizing the methods based on risk prevention and control to optimize the management methods of aequipment importance hierarchy,and reliable risk analysis method(RBI)to achieve systematically unified management of equipment risks,so as to provide scientific guidance and optimization in maintenance decision.Furthermore,this paper improves and optimizes the existing issues in equipment maintenance organization and equipment maintenance personnel in enterprises to ensure the smooth improvement of equipment maintenance management.By discovering,analyzing and solving problems,this paper strives to explore an equipment maintenance management mode which is effective and adapts to the current selfdevelopment of enterprises,in a bid to get the most out of equipment,guarantee controllable,safe and smooth production,and enable enterprises to achieve the goal of maximizing economic benefits.Meanwhile,the successful experience explored may also provide references for other refining and chemical enterprises,and a new way of thinking for the exploration and practice of enterprise equipment management.
