With the development of national economy,the consumption of energy is increasing.As a kind of non renewable energy,the production is decreasing year by year with each major oil entering the later stage of development gradually.How to reduce the cost of development and transportation,increase the operation efficiency has become the main problem of people's research.The traditional energy-saving and consumption reduction problem uses energy analysis method mostly.Although the operation is simple and the calculation is easy,it only pays attention to the quantity of energy and ignores its quality usually.The exergy analytical method pay attention to energy and quality,but the quality is often neglected.It can get the decision-making combined with economic analysis and social benefits whether it can be applied in engineering.The above shortcomings can be solved by adopting the economic analysis method reasonably.In the main idea of traditional exergoeconomic cost model,the internal exergy dissipation and the external exergy loss are paid by the unified unit cost within the scope of the whole system.Exergoeconomic matrix model can understand the interaction between the physical flow and the subsystem in the system by analyzing the event matrix.This model is a effective thermodynamic analysis method which can describe not only the change of production exergy cost,but also the thermal and economic performance of the system.In this paper,the energy consumption equipment in the oil transfer station system is classified,and the distribution trend of the exergy flow among each component is determined according to its technological process.The main energy consumption equipment in the gathering and transmission system is defined to be the heating furnace by establishing the exergy analysis model,where the exergy equilibrium equation can be used to calculate the value of each exergy flow in the whole year.On this basis,the matrix exergoeconomic model is established,the integration degree is divided,and the auxiliary equations are introduced by defining the single and double line flow of the system.The specific unit price of each exergy flow is obtained,which is combined with the non-energy cost.Then the heating furnace system is calculated as the highest exergy price link of the gathering and transportation system.The cost analysis is carried out by using double source heat pump instead of heating furnace to carry on the energy-saving transformation.Compared the effective exergy loss before and after transformation,it is found that the unit exergy economic cost of produced liquid after reconstruction has decreased from 1.617 to 1.435 and the effective exergy efficiency increased from 51.5% to 76.3%.The comparison shows that the way of using double source heat pump instead of heating furnace has great practical significance both from the perspective of energy consumption and economy.
