With the rapid development of our country national economy,the people's living standard and material demand rise ceaselessly,the demand of consumer to door window is transformed gradually from traditional door window to high-grade Europe type door window,Europe type door window industry develops quickly,also promoted Europe type door window processing equipment to update thereby.Compared with developed countries,most of the equipment used for processing European doors and Windows in China is general woodworking machine tools,which have the disadvantages of low degree of automation,poor accuracy and low processing efficiency,and cannot meet the development needs of the industry.This paper aims to design a special four-sided plane for European doors and Windows,in order to improve the quality of European doors and Windows finished products,improve the processing efficiency of European doors and Windows,and accelerate the transformation of China's traditional woodworking equipment to intelligent high-end equipment and other goals.This paper combines the structural characteristics of European doors and Windows and European doors and Windows processing technology to determine the European doors and Windows special four-sided plane processing technology and the layout of the cutter shaft;By calculating the main technical parameters of the machine,the overall layout of the special four-sided plane for European doors and Windows is made.According to the overall layout of the European doors and Windows dedicated four-side planer planer shaft,milling cutter shaft,feeding table,feeding mechanism and bed structure structure design.Static analysis and modal analysis were carried out on the bed structure with special four-sided plane for European Windows and doors,and the unreasonable structure was optimized and improved according to the analysis results.The finite element model of wood cutting with planer under the limit working condition was established,the contact mechanism between wood and cutting tool and the constitutive model of wood were modeled and the parameters were set,the corresponding cloud map was calculated by the finite element analysis software,and the processing requirements of the machine tool under the limit working condition were verified by the analysis results.Finally machine tool control system design,through the analysis of the processing sequence of European doors and Windows dedicated all round,the complete machine tool control system functional requirements analysis,electrical schematic drawing,and according to the electrical schematic diagram for human-computer interaction interface design and PLC programming,and the lifting tool change mechanism control system to establish the mathematical model of servo control,analysis and verify the quickness,stability and accuracy of servo control system.Through the process analysis,parameter determination,layout analysis,structural design,finite element analysis of key components and control system design,the whole design process of European special four-sided plane for doors and Windows is completed.The equipment can complete three surface planning and longitudinal milling processing of European doors and Windows at one time,providing new design ideas for the manufacturers of European doors and Windows processing equipment in China.
