Study On Adornment Elements And Process Control Of Modern European-style Wooden Doors

This paper has researched the adornment elements、 process control and life cycle cost analysis of the modern European-style wooden doors and presented an in-depth and systemic study on the design and production of the modern European-style wooden doors.This study can provide a reference for the modeling and technics design of the modern European-style wooden doors, meantime, it can consummate theoretical research system, also can offer direction for production of wooden door enterprise.In the process of the investigation on the adornment elements of the modern European-style wooden doors, adopting the methods of the field survey and inductive, this paper laid special stress on analyzing decoration component and decoration pattern, which were the two main adornment elements.By summing up the pattern of the doorframe decorative sheet、the door core plate and decorative line, the modeling characteristics of decoration component were concluded. By summing up the pattern theme characteristics、the pattern exertion skill and the pattern combination skill of decoration pattern, the modeling characteristics of decoration pattern were concluded.In the process of the investigation on the production process control of the modern European-style wooden doors, adopting the methods of the case studying and classification analysis, this paper laid special stress on analyzing the production process control of the modern European-style solid wooden doors、the modern European-style solid wood-based composite door and the modern European-style wood-based composite door. By summing up the main quality problems in the process of the production process, solutions of improving quality were concluded.In the process of the investigation on the life cycle cost analysis of the modern European-style wooden doors, adopting the methods of the data statistics and correlation analysis, this paper laid special stress on analyzing the life cycle cost of the modern European-style solid wooden doors、the modern European-style solid wood-based composite door and the modern European-style wood-based composite door. By studying the inner and external cost, main factors were concluded, which affected life cycle cost of three kinds of wood doors.It aimed at finding an effective approach of process improvement for achieving Green producing based on the premise that enterprise kept certain profits.
