The value of ecosystem services(ESV)can not only reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the regional ecological environment, but also provide a measurement method for evaluating the degree of eco-economic coordination and sustainable development. As the land use change is closely related to the change of the service function value of the ecosystem, this paper will evaluate the ESV change in this region based on the change of land use types in Hubei Province from 2005 to 2015,in order to provide a reference basis for the formulation of land use planning and ecological civilization construction policies in this region.Based on the ESV quantification thought and research results of Costanza and Xie Gaodi et al,combined with the land use change data of Hubei Province in 2005,2010 and 2015,the ESV equivalent factors were comprehensively modified from the four aspects of land type, farmland grain yield, resource scarcity and social development in the study area,so as to determine the unit area value of each ecosystem service function and test its sensitivity index. And then evaluate the ESV of Hubei Province and its internal different regions.Through the statistical methods of ArcGIS platform, coefficient of variation and Theil coefficient, this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of ESV changes from 2005 to 2015;through the construction of eco-economic coordination degree and ecological sustainable development degree model,to explore the eco-economic coordination and ecological sustainable development in Hubei Province. The results show that:(1)from 2005 to 2015,the area of land use change in Hubei Province is 9997.41 square kilometers, accounting for about 5.38%of the total area.Among them, the southeast of Jingzhou, the east of Yichang, the north of Shiyan, the north of Xiangyang, the middle of Suizhou, the north of Xiaogan, the north and south of Huanggang, central Wuhan,Ezhou,Xiantao City,Qianjiang City, the north of Jingzhou and the east of Yichang. The degree of drastic changes in various places from 2005 to 2015 was ranked from large to small, and the results showed that:construction land>unused land>water area>cultivated land>grassland>woodland.Based on the transfer matrix of land use change, eight dominant types of land use change in Hubei Province from 2005 to 2015 are obtained. They are:cultivated land to construction land, cultivated land to forest land, cultivated land to water area, forest land to construction land, water area to cultivated land, construction land to cultivated land and grassland to forest land.Among them,72.87%of the increase in the area of construction land is transferred from cultivated land and 22.04%from woodland. So in the process of promoting economic construction in Hubei Province, emphasis should be placed on the protection of cultivated land and woodland.(2)according to the natural conditions of Hubei Province, the ESV equivalent is modified based on the differences of land types, grain yield, resource scarcity and social development. The results show that the comprehensive correction coefficients of ESV in Hubei Province in 2005,2010 and 2015 are 0.94,0.97 and 1.43 respectively, and the ESV equivalent factor in Hubei Province is 1651.00 yuan per hectare.Through the sensitivity index analysis, the results show that the value setting of each ecosystem service function unit is reasonable.(3)from the time scale analysis, from 2005 to 2015,the ESV of Hubei Province increased by 52.44%,and the per capita ESV and per capita ESV of all cities(prefectures and forest areas)showed an upward trend.Compared with 2005-2010,the change range of per capita ESV and per capita ESV from 2010 to 2015 is more significant. The functional values of 9 ecosystem services in Hubei Province in 2015 were ranked from large to small. The results showed that:hydrological regulation function>waste treatment function>climate regulation function>maintaining biodiversity function>maintaining soil function>gas regulation function>providing aesthetic landscape function>raw material production function>food production function.(4)from the spatial scale analysis, the ESV and per capita ESV of all cities(prefectures and forest areas)in Hubei Province showed a trend of "high in the west and low in the middle and east" in 2005,2010 and 2015.The lowest values of ESV and per capita ESV in 2005,2010 and 2015 were all in Tianmen City, while the highest values were in Shennongjia forest region. The larger increment of ESV is concentrated in the northwest and southwest of Hubei Province, while the smaller increment is concentrated in the central and eastern part of Hubei Province;from 2005 to 201 5,the spatial difference of ESV per capita decreased slowly, and the spatial difference of per capita ESV decreased at first and then increased;the spatial difference of ESV among cities(prefectures, forest regions)and regions(western, central and eastern Hubei)decreased.(5)according to the eco-economic coordinated development model, the eco-economic coordination degree of Hubei Province in 2005-2010,2010-2015 and 2005-2015 is in the state of low coordination, moderate coordination and low coordination, respectively.According to the evaluation model of ecological sustainability, the coefficient of ecological sustainability in Hubei Province is higher than the critical value in 2015,indicating that the ecological sustainability of land use in this region is in a high state as a whole.
