Land is the main carrier of terrestrial ecosystems,and land use change is an important factor that causes changes in the ecological environment.It determines the magnitude of ecosystem service functions and the spatial pattern of service values.In the context of continuous pursuit of ecological environment improvement and sustainable development,it is important to study the change of ecosystem service value in Shandong Province to improve the quality of life of residents and promote the sustainable development of regional economy.In view of this,this paper selects Shandong province as the research area and conducts a study on the value of ecosystem services in the context of land use change.Firstly,this paper extracts five periods of land use remote sensing image data in2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2020,based on the spatial analysis function of Arc GIS,and quantitatively analyzes the change of land use in Shandong Province from 2000 to 2020 by using the methods of land use dynamic attitude,comprehensive index of land use degree,and land use transfer matrix,and analyzes the land use Secondly,by measuring the ecosystem service value in the study area,the temporal changes of ecosystem service value were analyzed,and the spatial changes were analyzed in terms of grid cells,and the accuracy of the calculation results were verified by using sensitivity analysis;again,multiple regression modeling was used to explore the drivers of ecosystem service value,and a geographically weighted regression model was applied to Finally,based on the results of the analysis,strategies for enhancing the value of ecosystem services in Shandong Province were proposed.The main research findings are as follows.Firstly,the proportion of various land use types in Shandong Province in descending order is arable land>construction land>grassland>forest land>water area>unused land;the area that decreases most in the 20 years from 2000 to 2020 is arable land,among which the area of construction land increases the most,the area of forest land and grassland decreases,and the area of water area increases,but the overall land use structure does not change;from 2000 to 2020,the comprehensive land use dynamic is 0.13%,and the trend of land use dynamic is gradually decreasing.The comprehensive land use dynamic attitude from2000 to 2020 is 0.13%,which is a slow change type,and the land use dynamic attitude is gradually decreasing.During the study period,there is an increasing trend in the degree of land use in Shandong province,the comprehensive degree of land use index increased from292.34 in 2000 to 295.34 in 2020,the degree of land use is getting higher and higher.20 years,the area of construction land increased rapidly,mainly from arable land,forest land and water area,the city is in the stage of continuous expansion,but the expansion rate is decreasing.The change of land use types is both changed by the needs of socio-economic development and influenced by the relevant policies of regulation and control.Secondly,from 2000 to 2020,the total value of ecosystem services in Shandong Province continued to decrease,and the growth of watershed area was the most important source of ecosystem service value enhancement,while the positive flow of ecological service value from the conversion of construction land,arable land and grassland to other land use types was not enough to compensate for the negative flow of ecological service value from the conversion of forest land and watershed;ecosystem services in value function The role of supporting and regulating services is greater than that of providing and producing services,and the value of hydrological regulation and soil conservation services is greater among the value of each single ecosystem service,while the value of the single service function of maintaining nutrient cycling and water supply is low.Thirdly,the grading area of ecosystem service value in Shandong province is divided into low,low and medium,high and high zones by grid unit.The low and low ecological service value zones are mainly distributed in the plain areas of northwest and southwest Lu,the agglomeration area with high urbanization level in central Lu and the Jiao-lai plain area in east Lu,while the high and high ecological service value zones are mainly distributed in the Yellow River Delta Nature Reserve in north Lu,the mountainous areas in central Lu,the low hill areas in northeast Lu,the South Four Lakes watershed in southwest Lu and its adjacent Yishu-Si river system.Fourthly,total population and total GDP,value added of tertiary industry and gross forestry product are the main drivers of ecosystem service value in Shandong Province,and there is spatial and temporal variability in the regression coefficients of the same drivers.Total population,total GDP and gross forestry product are negatively correlated with ecosystem service value in general;in short,an increase in population and total GDP increases the gross forestry product and decreases the ecosystem service value;the value added of the tertiary industry has a positive effect on ecosystem service value in general,and the development of the tertiary industry will lead to an increase in ecosystem service value.Based on this,in order to enhance the value of ecosystem services in Shandong Province,this study puts forward the following suggestions: Firstly,Shandong Province should abide by the blue line of river and lake protection and play an important role in the ecological value of waters.Secondly,it should strengthen the protection of forestry land,cast a good ecological security barrier,focus on improving the ecological service function of forest land,and promote the construction of a perfect ecological function of forest land ecological system.Thirdly,the red line of arable land protection should be strictly adhered to,and the quality yield of arable land should be improved.Finally,the proportion of tertiary industry should be increased to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
