Traditional spinning is mostly natural-color fiber spinning,which is dyed after weaving into fabrics.Color spinning is the process of dyeing fibers before spinning.Compared with the natural yarn,the colored spinning yarn only needs to dye a small part of the fiber,so it has the advantage of reducing pollution and protecting the environment.The color-spun yarn-processed fabric has the characteristics of rich colors,natural concealment,strong three-dimensional sense,and layer changes.It can present the effect of spatial combination and meet the diversified,personalized,and fashionable needs of modern consumers.In recent years,color-spun products,especially those made from cotton fibers,have become very popular.However,since the pectin and cotton wax on the surface of the fiber are removed during the dyeing process of the cotton fiber,the strength is damaged,and some sticky dye substances remain on the surface.During the spinning process,the dyed cotton fibers are more viscous when pressed against the top rollers and rollers,and the phenomenon of top rollers and rollers often occurs,which affects the smooth spinning and yarn quality.In order to improve the surface properties of the cotton fibers after dyeing,the subject with a suitable softener for cotton fiber soft finish after dyeing,the dyeing effects of softening of the cotton spinning performanceThis object using Reactive Black five dye cotton fibers dyed,the dyeing process is determined by the large number of documents and information Now,then dyed cotton fiber softener using four kinds of different properties of a soft finish,The four softeners are number one sheet softener TF-4431,number two hydrophilic silicone oil TranSoftTF-4918,number three towel hydrophilic silicone oil TranSoftTF-4922C,number four low yellowing ointment TF-440ES,The soft dyed cotton fibers are numbered 1#,2#,3#,and 4#.The dyed cotton fibers that are not softened are called blank cotton number 5#,and the raw cottons that are not dyed and softened are numbered 6#In order to analyze the properties of six types of cotton fibers,XRD was used to measure the crystallinity of the fibers,the fiber morphology was observed by SEM,the characteristic peaks of fibers were detected by an infrared spectrometer,and the fiber length,fineness,and lint rate were measured by an AFIS.Fiber tensile tester,resistance tester,eight-basket oven,and friction coefficient meter were used to test the tensile properties,conductive properties,moisture absorption properties,and friction properties of the fibers.Use SPSS software to analyze the influence of each index on the comprehensive performance of cotton fiber,and predict the improvement effect of different softeners on the spinning performance of dyed cotton.In order to verify the improvement of the spinning performance of dyed cotton with four softeners,this project conducts a small prototype single reed spinning on six cotton fibers.Based on the designed 30s yarn,the combing machine,draw frame,and roving are determined.Machine and spinning machine process parameters.During the spinning process,record the temperature and humidity of the laboratory,the opening of the cotton web,the wrap around the roller,the roll around,and the number of breaks.Test the yarn density,twist,evenness,hairiness index,and tensile performance indicators of the yarn spun from a small prototype,and compare and analyze the test results of each indicator.Use fuzzy mathematical evaluation to synthesize the yarn quality analysis.The main conclusions are as follows1.Four kinds of softener finishing have different degrees of influence on the micro-morphology,tensile properties,moisture absorption,electrical conductivity,and friction properties of cotton fibers after dyeing They all show better spinning performance than those without soft finishing Dyed cotton fiber.2.The length,breaking strength,fineness,short fluff ratio,mass specific resistance,neps,moisture regain,friction coefficient,and initial modulus of the six types of cotton fibers all affect their spinning performance differently,among which the fiber length,Breaking strength,fineness,short fluff ratio,specific resistance,neps have a greater impact on spinning performance3.Based on the comprehensive comparison of the performance of the dyed cotton fiber after soft finishing and the spinning performance,a better type of softener is preferred.TranSoftTF-4918,the hydrophilic silicone oil of number two is the best,and TranSoftTF-4922C,the hydrophilic silicone oil of number three towel In other words,number one sheet softener TF-4431 is the same again,number four low-yellowing ointment TF-440ES is weak.The research in this subject can provide a technical basis for textile auxiliary companies to choose softeners.
