| Drilling and blasting method is the main method in rock breaking construction of metal mines,but the blasting vibration effect caused by blasting operation can easily induce the damage of rock engineering in mines and affect the normal production of mines.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out timely and effective blasting vibration monitoring in the mine site to determine the vibration state of the monitoring area and take corresponding measures to control the damage of blasting vibration,which is of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient mining of the mine.At present,the monitoring of blasting vibration in metal mines is mostly carried out by arranging temporary measuring points and recovering monitoring equipment in time.This monitoring method has the disadvantages of low monitoring efficiency,untimely data acquisition,less data acquisition and unable to support long-term monitoring.The test work mainly relies on manual processing and analysis of data,and lacks scientific data management methods and analysis methods,which can easily cause artificial errors.Based on this,this paper puts forward a set of blasting vibration monitoring and data management system suitable for the characteristics of mine blasting operation,which provides effective support for promoting the popularization of mine blasting vibration monitoring and improving the efficiency of monitoring work.To prevent and control the mine blasting vibration effect.Based on the corresponding research on the mine blasting vibration monitoring system,this paper carried out the following work:(1)The actual monitoring environment of mine site and the actual demand of blasting vibration monitoring work were analyzed.The overall design of real-time monitoring and data management system of blasting vibration based on mine site application conditions was carried out,and the deployment implementation plan of the system was planned.(2)The design and development of a series of monitoring units such as the selection and integration of monitoring equipment,the design and development of data acquisition software,and the accuracy test of data acquisition are carried out.The monitoring performance of the developed monitoring unit for vibration signals is verified.(3)Through the research of Socket programming technology,the data transmission software is developed to realize the transmission and summary of blasting vibration monitoring data from monitoring unit to relay module.(4)Based on B/S architecture and cloud server platform,the data management system is arranged in the cloud efficient server to ensure the remote and stable service of the data management system.The integrated visualization management and display of monitoring data are realized.(5)Based on a mine in Jiangsu,the field application of the developed blasting vibration monitoring and data management system was carried out.The application results show that the field data acquisition system is stable and reliable,and the monitoring equipment can accurately record the blasting vibration data generated by the equipment placement point during each blasting construction.The data transmission scheme is practical and can realize wireless transmission of monitoring data.Data management system with high compatibility,high scalability,high stability,visual monitoring results intuitive,clear.At the same time,the prediction model of blasting vibration velocity in the monitoring area was established to provide effective support for ensuring the safety of mine blasting and optimizing the blasting effect. |
