As the shallow mineral resources has been exhausted,deep and difficult-to-mine minerals have become the main targets of mining industry.And with the mining depth increases,both self-gravity stress and the tectonic stress of overlying strata will increase,wall rock may undergo brittle-elongation transformation which could lead to frequent occurrence of engineering disasters,such as wall rock stability reducing,prominent displacement,and ground pressure increasing.All those engineering disasters would definitely endanger mining safety.Actually,the knowledge and experience accumulated,during mining process in surface minerals,has been no longer sufficient for designers to handle those engineering problems in deep mining process.Therefore,deep mining process needs more monitoring work,collecting more monitoring information and establishing an effective monitoring information management mechanism.Then,it is a key point during deep mining process that how to make full use of multi-source,heterogeneous,dynamic,and massive monitoring information,mine data interconnections for carrying out deep integration,and collaborative analysis.Based on this,this paper carried out research on integrated visualization and collaborative management of monitoring information in mining process.The main work is as follows:(1)Research on monitoring data real-time transmission technology,cause most underground mining networks cannot meet real-time requirements,was carried out.For the transmission mechanism between different underground local networks,underground network to surface,and surface data center to cloud,making real-time transmission of multi-source monitoring data realized in mining process.(2)Based on multi-source data in-depth integration requirements,a cloud data storage architecture was designed,and a solution is proposed based on spatio-temporal information to ensure orderly association of data sets.Then,a multi-source monitoring design was carried out with ac actual mine production.The structural design of the database,the design of the data table,and the design of the fields were completed to ensure the safety and efficient storage of data.(3)Based on the B/S architecture and cloud server platform,the mining process monitoring system is arranged on a high-efficiency cloud server to ensure remote and stable service.On account of visual logic of Apache ECharts,a linear interaction data dynamic interaction,a cloud diagram visualization based on interpolation data,a data interactive comparison analysis proposal,and a dynamic reproduction and export of historical data were proposed.All the above make dynamic integration visualization of multi-source data reality.(4)On-site application of the integrated visualization and collaborative management system of monitoring information in mining process was carry out relying on a mine in Shandong Province,which shows that the system is stable and reliable,with high compatibility,high scalability,high stability,and the visualization of monitoring results is intuitive.The system has the significance of strengthening real-time monitoring data online analysis,and provides data support for mining information construction in big data era.Moreover,it can avoid the "data gap" and"information island" caused by numerous systems and improve the utilization rate of monitoring information in mining process.
