Research On The Development Of Green Foreign Trade In Anhui Province

With the acceleration of industrialization and the continuous growth of the world economy,the survival and development of human beings are constrained by resource and environmental problems.After profound reflection on modern industrial civilization,human beings have gradually realized the importance of parallel development of economic and environmental coordination.Therefore,all countries have taken green development as an important direction of economic strategic transformation,so that the green revolution wave dominated by low-carbon economy swept the world.International trade as an important part of economic activities,its relationship with the environment is increasingly concerned.Since the reform and opening up in 1978,Anhui's foreign trade has mushroomed rapidly.However,the extensive foreign trade growth mode based on high input and high energy consumption makes resource consumption and environmental problems increasingly prominent,which poses a severe challenge to the sustainable development of foreign trade.In addition,After the global financial crisis in 2008,the trade growth of Anhui Province was also negatively affected by the re-emergence of trade protectionism in western developed countries.Under such circumstances,how to coordinate the relationship between trade and environment and how to promote the sustainable and healthy development of foreign trade in Anhui province have become urgent problems to be solved.Green development,as a new development concept that emphasizes the unity of economic development and ecological development,is promoted to a very important level,is becoming an inevitable trend of foreign trade development in Anhui province.To implement the green development of Anhui province's foreign trade is an inevitable move in response to the green development trend of the world and the green development concept of the 13th five-year plan.It is also the internal requirement of Anhui province to break the bottleneck of foreign trade growth.This is a great challenge and an unprecedented opportunity for Anhui province.Therefore,we must actively welcome and participate in the current green industrial revolution,in order to promote the foreign trade of Anhui province to move forward in a green growth mode.Firstly,the paper makes a systematic analysis of the development background of green foreign trade,and holds that the deterioration of global environment and the increasingly strict green trade barriers in developed countries are the reasons for the development of green foreign trade.This paper adopts the method of combining normative analysis and empirical analysis to make an in-depth study of relevant issues in the development of green foreign trade in Anhui province.Combined with the research status of green foreign trade at home and abroad,the research content of this paper is clarified,and the innovation points and shortcomings are illustrated.Secondly,in this paper,this article carries on the comprehensive elaboration to the correlation theory of the development of the green foreign trade,including sustainable development,green economy,Environmental Kuznets Curve and trade protection theory,and on the basis of theory construction,From the general situation and industry analysis of two aspects of the development of green foreign trade to describe the characteristics of the facts.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of green trade barriers in developed countries and their manifestations,and takes this as the entry point to qualitatively analyze the carbon emission status of green foreign trade development from the two aspects of total energy carbon emission and industrial carbon emission,then found that the energy consumption of the secondary industry accounts for the largest proportion of the total energy consumption of the three industries,and the proportion of carbon emissions is also the largest.Then,based on the perspective of embodied carbon emissions,and using the Leontief input-output model,the carbon emission coefficients and trade embodied carbon emissions of import and export sectors in 2002,2007 and 2012 were quantitatively calculated and analyzed.lt is concluded that Anhui Province is an embodied carbon surplus province,and the embodied carbon emissions of Anhui Province's import and export are in a concentrated trend in the industry.This part is the focus of this paper,provides data support for the research on the development of green foreign trade in Anhui province.Finally,based on the application of the analysis,this paper puts forward effective suggestions for the development of green foreign trade in Anhui province from the macro level and micro Ievel.The government should actively formulate the green foreign trade development plan of Anhui Province,optimize the energy consumption structure,establish a green barrier early warning mechanism and related policies and regulations,and build an energy consumption structure based on environmental endowments.At the same time,enterprises should follow the"green"development path of products.Actively develop green new products,shape the image of green enterprises,and jointly promote the development of green foreign trade in Anhui Province.
