As one of the two most promising information technologies in the 21 st century,ZigBee technology and BIM technology play a role in connecting the traditional construction industry and the Internet.Based on this,this paper proposes the integration of ZigBee technology and BIM technology in engineering construction safety early warning management,combined with the visual management of BIM technology and ZigBee technology’s advantages of low energy consumption,low latency,large network storage,etc.,designed and developed a The real-time construction safety early warning system transforms the human-based management method into a human-network combined supervision method,which improves the supervision efficiency and effectively reduces the accident rate.People and the environment are one of the important factors in the occurrence of safety accidents on the construction site.This thesis uses the theoretical model of 2-4 accident causes to analyze six common types of accidents and divide the unsafe areas on the construction site into collapse risk areas,high-altitude fall risk areas and objects Strike three risk areas.Aiming at the above three areas,their definition and calculation rules are put forward,which effectively solves the problem of unclear division of construction safety areas and paves the way for the construction safety early warning system below.In the thesis,the wireless network is used to locate the on-site construction personnel.By comparing and analyzing four different wireless system positioning algorithms,TDOA(time difference method)is selected as the positioning algorithm of the system.Analyze the unsafe factors in the construction,with people,materials,and machines as the starting point,focusing on the study of the unsafe behavior of people,combined with the environmental sites and construction parts(elevator shafts,outer walls,outer walls,Pit,etc.),use the BIM information platform to combine the two together to build a construction safety early warning system.By dividing the construction safety early warning system into four parts: information collection,input module,operation module and output module,C # is used to redevelop Revit to establish a construction safety early warning module.At the end of the thesis,a simulation study is carried out in combination with actual engineering cases to show its working effect.The results show that the system can provide managers with effective early warning information before danger occurs,which has important theoretical significance and application value.
