| Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the world.The current conventional treatments for cancer are chemotherapy,radiotherapy and surgery.However,these treatments have many side effects and it is difficult to achieve the desired therapeutic effect.Therefore,people continue to explore new treatment methods for cancer.The chemo-photothermal synergistic therapy method helps to improve the adjustability of drug delivery vehicles,can effectively kill cancer cells,and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.Among many drug delivery vehicles,polydopamine(PDA)is widely used as a drug delivery vehicle because of its simple preparation,low cost,good biocompatibility,high drug loading,and sensitivity to p H.This paper explores the application of PDA-based Au/Fe3O4multifunctional nanoparticles(NPs)in cancer diagnosis and treatment.The main research contents are as follows:Synthesis,characterization,drug loading,release and in vitro cell experiments of multifunctional bowl-shaped Au@PDA yolk-shell NPs.First,the multifunctional bowl-shaped Au@PDA yolk-shell NPs were designed and synthesized,and characterized by TEM,SEM,UV-Vis and DLS.The results showed that the bowl-shaped Au@PDA yolk-shell NPs were successfully prepared.Using the anticancer drug doxorubicin(DOX)as a model,through DOX loading and p H/NIR dual response drug release experiments,it was found that the NPs have a high drug loading capacity,and the drug loading capacity is as high as 920?g mg-1;Under the laser irradiation,the release rate of DOX in the acidic environment around the cancer cells was significantly accelerated.In vitro cell experiment results show that the bowl-shaped NPs are not cytotoxic and have good biocompatibility,as well as p H/NIR dual-response drug release characteristics and PA/CT dual-mode imaging capabilities.Synthesis,characterization,drug loading,release and in vitro cell experiments of multifunctional spindle-shaped Fe3O4@PDA yolk-shell NPs.The magnetic Fe3O4 NPs were modified using PDA,and characterized by TEM,SEM,UV-Vis and DLS.The spindle-shaped Fe3O4@PDA yolk-shell NPs were successfully prepared.Using the anticancer drug DOX as a model,through DOX loading and p H/NIR dual response drug release experiments,it was found that the NPs have higher drug loading capacity and p H/NIR dual response drug release capabilities,which can be PA/MR dual-mode imaging guided by chemo-photothermal synergistic therapy of cancer. |
