Research On Safe Kitchen Ware Design For The Blind People

China has the largest number of blind people in the world.In the 1980 s,nearly 13 million people with visual disabilities were found in China.Without strong measures,the number of people with visual disabilities in China will reach more than 50 million by 2020.Eye disease is also a major health problem in China.Such a large group of blind people in daily life will encounter a lot of inconvenience,especially in the process of independence,and even encounter danger.It can be seen that the design of a special kitchen utensils for blind people to help them cook is of great benefit,which is also the needs of the vast number of blind people.This article first carries on the analysis research to the blind group,fully understands the blind person's daily condition,investigates how the blind person lives after loses the vision in the life.It further understands the actions which blind people in life will encounter,has detailed understanding of the blind's cooking utensils used and blind people will encounter dangers when cooking,so as to investigate and comb these problems It sums up the blind people in cooking for kitchen utensils needs,finds out the deficiencies in the products and set goals for the follow-up research and design.Secondly,starting with the development of new safe kitchenware products and the modification of existing kitchenware,we should give full play to the tactile,auditory,olfactory and other sensory organ functions of the products,aiming at creating a more comprehensive,efficient,safe and reliable set of safe kitchenware for the blind.This article uses the design concept of combination decomposition to solve the problem of safety of blind people in cooking,so that blind people can cook more safely and efficiently.It enriches the function of kitchen utensils,ensures the safety of blind people,and is a new improvement and attempt to optimize and create kitchen utensils.
