| Natural gas is more and more widely used as an environmentally friendly clean energy source and natural gas stations are the core node of natural gas transportation.On account of natural gas has flammable and explosive inherent attribute,the safety control of the station has always been the key link to ensure the smooth operation of the station.The information visualization technology can effectively improve the level of informatization,digitization and intrinsic safety of the natural gas station management and control.Now it has been widely used in station management.But most natural gas stations display information in two-dimensional scenarios,which cannot accurately simulate the real production and operating environment of natural gas stations.This situation brings certain obstacles and limitations to practical applications.In this study,the natural gas station is used as the research object.Based on the collection of data sources and the field investigation,the natural gas station is restored in 3D modeling software 3ds Max by using the methods of standard primitive modeling,mesh modeling,polygon modeling and editing modifier modeling.It guarantees the user’s sense of reality in the process of experiencing the system.In order to improve the smoothness of the system,the surface reduction of the 3D model is carried out by reducing the number of model faces and texture mapping.After model integration,set the export format and import it into Unity3 D for further development and research.This study mainly uses the Unity3 D virtual engine and SQL Sever database for scene construction to carry out system simulation construction,realization of roaming function,information database construction and Presentation of UI interface.It lays the foundation for the final development of the system.Through the system interface design,function module design and architecture design.The system has realized the functions of eight modules including daily inspection,data monitoring,equipment management,data management,risk analysis,emergency supplies,safety warning and emergency response.This study established a three-dimensional visualization information system for natural gas stations which can more accurately simulate the real production scenarios of natural gas stations.It basically covers the whole process of daily production activities of natural gas station.Through the system development research of this study,the feasibility of the application of virtual reality technology in natural gas stations is verified.It can be used as a reference for natural gas station to improve management informatization level. |
