Research On The Financial Strategy Of Mingtai Aluminum Under The Anti-Dumping Environment

With the increasing opening of China to the world economy and world market,China has become the second largest economy in the world.To be exact,today's China is closer to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation than any period in history.Many export enterprises in China seize this historical opportunity to speed up the expansion of overseas market,but at the same time,they have also suffered more and more anti-dumping investigations.In recent years,due to the aggravation of Sino-US trade war,more and more export enterprises in China have been affected by anti-dumping sanctions,and suffered huge injuries and losses.Some enterprises have even been forced to withdraw from the overseas market.The financial strategy of an enterprise determines the development direction and method of the financial management of an enterprise,and has a guiding role in the strategic development of an enterprise.Therefore,it is an important task to study how to deal with the foreign anti-dumping sanctions,optimize the financial strategy and reduce the unnecessary losses.This paper first reviews the relevant research results in the field of financial strategy and anti-dumping,then defines the concept of anti-dumping and financial strategy,and expounds the sustainable growththeory,the economic added value theory and financial strategy matrix theory,which provides theoretical support for the case study of this paper.Then,taking Mingtai aluminum industry subject to anti-dumping sanctions as the research object,financial indicators are selected from the perspective of solvency,operation ability,profitability and development ability to analyze the implementation environment of the financial strategy of Mingtai aluminum industry;then,the financial strategy matrix chart under the anti-dumping environment is constructed based on the relevant financial data of the company from 2014 to 2018,and the focus is on the financial strategic moment.This paper analyzes the current situation of financial strategy in the anti-dumping environment from four aspects of investment,financing,operation and dividend distribution,so as to find out the problems of financial strategy in the anti-dumping environment.Finally,according to the current situation and existing problems of the company's financial strategy,based on the financial strategy matrix of the company,the optimization ideas of its financial strategy are determined,and the targeted optimization suggestions are put forward from the aspects of investment,financing,operation and dividend distribution,in order to help the enterprise management better cope with anti-dumping.The innovation of this paper is to apply the financial strategy matrix of strategic analysis tool to Mingtai aluminum company which is subjectto anti-dumping sanctions.It will provide new reference value for the study of anti-dumping from the perspective of financial strategy,and also provide certain theoretical support for enterprises to respond to anti-dumping sanctions and formulate financial strategies suitable for enterprises.
