Natural cellulose fiber materials are favored by consumers in recent years because of their natural origin,good compatibility with the environment,and conformity to human physiological environment.However,the current dyeing of cellulose fabrics is mostly synthetic dyes or pigments,which will pollute the environment during production and processing.In response to the above problems,this paper uses natural pigments to dye and color cellulose materials.Through two coloring methods,viscose fabric dyeing and cellulose stock solution coloring,natural pigments are used to color cellulose materials.Screening develop a variety of fixing methods to give viscose fibers and viscose filaments / membranes with good color fastness,and improve the dyeing performance of natural pigments on cellulose materials.In the dyeing of viscose fabrics,dyeing of viscose fabrics was carried out with capsicum red and red yeast red pigments,and use of zein fixation treatment in the later stage.The influence of the dyeing effect,as well as concentration of zein used in the fixing process,the influence of treatment time and liquor detention on the fixing effect and texture of the fabric,optimize the better dyeing process and fixing process.Using ?-cyclodextrin to modify the viscose fabric,and then dyeing curcumin inclusion complex,concentration of ?-cyclodextrin,citric acid and ?-cyclodextrin in the fiber modification process was discussed the pre-crosslinking time of dextrin and citric acid.The baking temperature and concentration of sodium hypophosphite on the dyeing effect have optimized the better modification process.The dyed fabrics were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and mechanical properties.In terms of coloring cellulose stock solution,add three additives and pigments to make color paste,that is,polymer PM-type additives,?-cyclodextrin and chitosan,add the three color pastes to viscous collagen solution in the preparation of viscose filaments /membranes.By analyzing morphology and soaping resistance test of the blended dyed silk,as well as dyeing characteristic value and color fastness of the blended dyed film.The effect of different addition conditions on the dyeing effect of viscose filaments / membranes was discussed.The results show that in the dyeing of viscose fabrics,the application of mordant can significantly improve dye uptake rate and increase the apparent color depth of fabric.When zein fixes dyed fabrics,due to the unique dissolution and film-forming properties of gliadin,it can show the formation of a film on the fiber without additives,and has good water resistance,which increases the difficulty of dye dissolution improves the color fastness of dyed fabrics.The fiber fabric modified with ?-cyclodextrin has an inclusion effect on curcumin and fabric dyeing effect is good.The optimized mordant dyeing process of capsicum red pigment is: using aluminum sulfate as mordant in the same bath mordant dyeing,mordant dyeing time 45 min,temperature 90 ?,aluminum sulfate dosage 4.0%(owf),dye solution pH value 4.0;red yeast red pigment optimized the mordant dyeing process is: using zinc sulfate as the mordant under pre-mordant dyeing,the amount of zinc sulfate is 11%(owf),the mordant dyeing time is 45 min,the mordant dyeing temperature is 80 ?,the amount of pigment added is 13%(owf),the dyeing time is 45 min,the dyeing temperature is 90;The fixation process optimized for fixation treatment is: zein concentration 5g/L,treatment time 7min,liquor detention 100%,the final capsanthin red dyed fabric K/S value is 4.125,and the fastness can reach 4-5 Above grade,the K/S value of the dyed fabric of red yeast rice is 4.062,and the fastness can reach above grade 4.?-cyclodextrin modified fabric for curcumin inclusion dyeing,the optimized modification process is ?-cyclodextrin 80g/L,citric acid 60g/L,?-cyclodextrin and citric acid pre-crosslinking time 2h The baking temperature is 120?,the catalyst sodium hypophosphite is 40g/L,the final dyed fabric K/S value is 4.287,and the fastness can reach 3.In terms of coloring cellulose stock solution,the three additives added can significantly improve the soaping resistance of viscose blended dyed silk/film.Add 0.20 g of PM-1 polymer admixture to 5.0g of viscous collagen solution,the K/S value of the capsanthin red blended dyeing film made is 21.333,and the color fastness to soaping reaches 4-5;red yeast red the K/S value of the blended dyeing film was 22.159,and the fastness to soaping discoloration reached 4-5;the K/S value of the turmeric blended dyeing film was 7.083,and the fastness to soaped discoloration reached 5.Add 0.30 g ?-cyclodextrin pigment microcapsules to 5.0g viscous collagen solution,the K/S value of the red capsanthin blended dyeing film is 11.892,and the color fastness to soaping reaches 4;The K/S value is 1.460,and the fastness to soaping discoloration reaches grade 5;the K/S value of the turmeric blended dyeing film is 3.642,and the fastness to soaping discoloration reaches grade 5.Add 0.10 g of chitosan colored particles to 5.0g of viscous collagen solution,the capsanthin red blended dyeing film made has a K/S value of 6.323,and the soaping color fastness reaches 3-4;red yeast red blended dyeing film the K/S value is 1.394,and the fastness to soaping discoloration reaches grade 4.The K/S value of the turmeric blended dyeing film is 1.473,and the fastness to soaping discoloration reaches grade 4.
