Different geological types of oil fields have different technical requirements for oil and gas exploration and well condition detection.Yanchang Oil Field is located in the Ordos Basin.Due to its unique geological characteristics and natural environment and long-term exploitation,oil well equipment and detection devices are very vulnerable to Corrosion and other damages have led to an increase in the number of oil wells with low production shutdowns,which seriously affects the goal of increasing production and stabilizing oil production.Therefore,oil well repair is imminent,but the prerequisite for taking measures is to investigate the specific conditions downhole.Therefore,this subject takes the design and development of a new type of downhole TV imaging logging system for oilfield detection in Yanchang oilfield as the main research purpose,so as to provide a new detection method or technical means for oil well monitoring.First,analyze the geological characteristics of Yanchang Oilfield and the specific reasons for the low production shutdown of oil wells.Then,based on the downhole TV technology and related theoretical knowledge,complete the design of the downhole TV imaging logging surface system and downhole system,including hardware selection and design,software Process design,etc.Finally,carry out laboratory tests and field application tests on the basic performance of the system,and test various conventional indicators such as pressure and temperature on the testing equipment in the laboratory,as well as the transmission performance test when the system is connected to the experimental cable;Wuqi in Yanchang Oilfield The oil production plant selected 8 oil wells to be tested for field detection and analysis to verify the performance and adaptability of the system in practical applications.Comparing the experimental and application test results,the system can withstand temperatures up to 125℃,pressures up to 60 MPa,and transmission rates up to 2.3Mbps.Under suitable process conditions,it can transmit real-time high-definition video to the surface in clear colors at a glance.It can provide a reliable basis for the follow-up workover operation,and has a good application effect in the detection of downhole casing damage and other problems.It has summarized valuable field experience for further improvement of the system.It also shows that the new generation of downhole TV imaging logging system is in oil and gas Well detection has its unique application advantages and wide application prospects.
