At present,there are some localization in the methods of detecting remaining oil in cased hole,such as neutron lifetime logging,carbon-oxygen spectral logging and cased hole resistivity logging.The measurement error of the traditional casing logging is larger,and the detection depth is shallow.It is necessary to study a new type of logging instruments to solve the localization of traditional logging instruments in detecting remaining oil.In this paper,the applicability and localization of the remaining oil detection method based on cased hole is studied from the analysis of traditional casing logging methods.Based on the design of intelligent casing,the detection system of the remaining oil in the intelligent casing is studied,which can effectively improve the localization of the traditional casing logging instruments.The design of casing is composed of multi-segment fiber glass casing and metal casing.Due to the insulation of the fiber glass casing,hindering the stimulation current,there is more stimulation current to enter the formation,which will produce a larger response signal to benefit the measurement.In this paper,based on the intelligent casing is proposed to design a new cased hole resistivity logging system.The design of downhole instrument system is mainly focused on the design of incentive source,the design of data acquisition system,the selection and design of the main controller and so on.Downhole instrument designed,to further research and develop the downhole instrument of intelligent casing logging system,an effective method is provided for the detection of remaining oil.
