| This paper introduces a new design of grinding machine electrical system for KunShan subsidiary company of HanJiang Tools. This system takes industrial control computer as upper machine, PLC as lower machine. These two machines make up of the control system together. The new design realizes electric automatization and network control of the grinding machine.The improvement on power part is an important tache of the reconstruct of grinding machine. The task of driving workpiece circumgyrate and moving workbench in vertical orientation, was fulfilled by one direct current electromotor in the original system. Now it is fulfilled by two alternating current electromotor. It is motional control card who carries out the precisive control of alternating current servo electromotor. The control of motional control card is fulfilled by using the position control power of PLC. All these lead to one result, that is electromotor can carry out the upper machine's order correctly.The grinding machine electrical system is reconstructed by using PLC, which is produced by OMRON company, to fufill electric automatization. At the same time, it contains its original manual control power. The writer design software mutual communication function of PLC, it can transfer information between the front and the back PLC.In the end of this paper, the writer probes into primary network control of PLC and design an industrial LAN, which suits for general little or medium sized enterprises. On the basis of the LAN. we can control several PLC through the network. |
