Research On Risk Management Of Mountain Restoration Project In Town A

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China which stresses the construction of ecological civilization,mountain restoration and treatment projects have been carried out all over the country to speed up the restoration process of damaged mountains.Since 2010,the legislative work on mountain restoration and treatment projects and mountain environmental protection has been gradually launched and promoted.Subsequently,mountain treatment activities spread over the country and there are more and more projects on mountain restoration and treatment.In recent years,although the research on project risk management is more and more in-depth,the project risk management on mountain restoration and treatment has not kept up with the pace of project development.The research on risk management of mountain restoration and treatment in Town A will not only enrich the development and maturity of risk management theory of mountain restoration and treatment,providing reference to risk management of other mountain restoration and treatment projects in the future,but also point out the direction to risk prevention and control of such projects,practicing the spirit of the 18th National Congress of ecological civilization construction to improve ecological environment and promote economic development.This study takes the mountain restoration and treatment project of Town A as an example to analyze the risk of mountain restoration and treatment project.It also describes the process of the risk management and puts forward the risk management monitoring and control measures of the project.The study adopts the research methods of literature research,interview and entity research to study the recognition,evaluation,treatment and monitoring of the risk management of this project.The main innovation of this study lies in the research perspective and research methods.This thesis includes the following six parts:The first chapter is the introduction which describes the research background,purpose and significance.It briefly describes the research content and main methods,and expounds the specific research ideas and innovation points of this study.The second chapter is the research review,which summarizes the research content and research progress of project risk management in recent years based on a large number of research materials.It points out the enlightenment and disadvantages of current researches,which provides reference to this study.The third,fourth and fifth chapters are the main parts of the thesis.Taking the mountain restoration and treatment project of Town A as an example,this thesis combines the interview method,SWOT analysis method and checklist method to identify the risk factors of the project.Then the AHP is used to evaluate,calculate,and ranks the weight of the risk factors.Finally,according to the weight of risk factors and the characteristics and requirements of the project,this thesis puts forward the risk treatment strategies,solutions and monitoring methods of the project.The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect.On the basis of summarizing and inspecting this study.it draws the conclusion and summarizes the shortcomings and research prospects of this study.This thesis draws the following conclusions through the above research.Firstly,it identifies the six risks of mountain restoration and treatment project in Town A,including environmental risk,political risk,economic risk,management risk,construction risk and safety risk.Secondly,the study finds that in this project,the top three risks are quality control risk,design risk and construction schedule management risk.The scientific solution to these three risks plays an important role in the progress of this project.Thirdly,according to the results of risk assessment and the characteristics of the project itself,this thesis puts forward the strategies of risk treatment,including risk aversion,risk acceptance,risk reduction and risk sharing.Also,there are different measures to control different risks.Fourthly,risk monitoring is an important work during the process of project implementation.Establishing a perfect project risk event control system,tracking the operation deviation of the project timely,holding regular risk status review meetings and establishing the project risk pre-warning mechanism are all very important measures to monitor the project risks.
