Product disassembly technology as the first step in remanufacturing is not only an important means to achieve efficient recycling of used products,but also ensure the quality of remanufactured products and maximize the use of resources.However,at present,the proportion of manual disassembly of scrap products is high,the utilization rate of automated disassembly is low and the degree of resource recycling is low.According to the requirements of the optimal disassembly sequence planning and disassembly recycling during the dismantling of scrap products,this paper proposed large-scale scrap products disassembly sequence planning and disassembly equipment design method based on Petri nets.The process of disassembling mechanical products and the design process of disassembly equipment were merged to guide the creation of innovative design solutions for disassembly equipment.The main research work is as follows:(1)A sequence planning modeling method for reducing the complexity of large-scale mechanical products was proposed,and according to the different complexity of the constraints between the subassembly parts,the method of level disassembly and disassembly precedence matrix established by AND/OR relationships were used to construct the disassembly relationship expression model of Petri net.(2)Studied the optimization algorithm of large-scale mechanical product disassembly sequence based on Petri nets,select scrap bicycle as disassembly cases,divide scrap bicycle as large-scale products into two medium-sized products,such as handlebars and frames;select the frames and combine multiple evaluation indicators to get the optimal disassembly sequence.It simplifies the algorithmic calculation process and the complexity of the Petri net model.(3)A method of constructing function-structure mapping based on Petri nets was proposed.Extend the function-structure mapping model,add demand and behavior analysis,construct the conceptual design of demand-function(4)mapping and the structure design of function-behavior-structure mapping,and establish a mathematical model for each mapping stage to formulate the mapping processes.(5)The mapping information of requirement domain,functional domain and behavior domain was decomposed,and the innovative surface was designed using TRIZ theory based on the decomposed functional surface.The mouse disassembly device was innovatively designed through the design scheme(to verify the feasibility of the selected innovative principle)and reconstructed the dismantling equipment for specific parts of the scrap bicycle.(6)Triangular fuzzy numbers were used to compare and evaluate multiple innovative design schemes,verify the innovation of the design scheme,select the optimal design scheme of the disassembly equipment,and finally obtain the disassembly equipment for the specific parts of the scrap bicycle.So,the mapping of the dismantling equipment from demand to function to structure is achieved.
