The technical level of machine tool repair and disassembly is one of the indicators to measure the competitiveness of machine tools manufacturers.It is increasingly valued by machine tools manufacturers and researchers,and disassembly sequence planning is an important segment of machine tools repair and disassembly fields,accurate and efficient acquisition of the results of the disassembly sequence planning is of great significance for improving the technical level of machine tools repair and disassembly.The traditional process of machine tools repairing and disassembly relies too much on the knowledge and experience of repair personnel,the disassembly of parts is arbitrarily large and the repair and disassembly time is long,this greatly causes the phenomenon that the machine tools repair and disassembly process is not standardized,and the efficiency of repair and disassembly is low.For this reason,this paper takes the process of machine tools repair and disassembly as the research object,studies the disassembly sequence planning method and technologies for machine tools repair,designs the prototype system of disassembly sequence planning platform for machine tools repair.Firstly,this paper analyzes the disassembly features of the machine tools repair and the problems in the disassembly sequence planning.According to the disassembly features and existing problems,the disassembly sequence planning requirements for machine tools repair are clarified,and then the disassembly sequence planning research path for machine tools repair is explained.Analyze the technology involved in the research of disassembly sequence planning for machine tools repair.Secondly,this paper studies the key technology of disassembly interference constraint modeling for machine tools repair.The disassembly interference constraint detection method based on assembly hierarchy structure is used for detecting the interference constraint of parts to be disassembled.Analyze the process of part disassembly interference constraint modeling.In this paper,the condition of disassembly interference constraint of parts is represented by the disassembly matrix model.The key technology of disassembly interference constraint modeling is analyzed and verified by examples.Then,this paper studies the key technology of disassembly sequence planning analysis for machine tools repair.Analyze the disassembly sequence planning features for machine tools repair.The disassembly process feature information modeling is carried out for the disassembly sequence planning problem for machine tools repair.The disassembly sequence planning inference process algorithm for machine tools repair is studied.A disassembly hierarchy constraint diagram based on integrated disassembly interference matrix is used for solving disassembly hierarchy constraint diagram of components and the repair-oriented disassembly sequence planning result.The research determines the disassembly sequence planning evaluation index system for machine tools repair.The key technology of disassembly sequence planning analysis is analyzed and verified by examples.Finally,based on the key technology research in the previous article,designs the prototype system of disassembly sequence planning platform for machine tools repair.The general framework and function module of prototype system are described.
