Application Of PPP Financing Model In S Waste Disposal Company

For a long time,municipal waste disposal has been regarded as one of the social services provided by the government in China.With the continuous development of China's economic level,garbage production is increasing,urban environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent,and a large number of land resources are occupied.The traditional garbage disposal mode can no longer meet the requirements of garbage disposal.The problems of insufficient funds,outdated technology and low management level are more prominent.As a new financing mode,PPP mode has become an effective way of garbage disposal.The cooperation between government and social capital can solve the problems of shortage of funds and inefficient operation of garbage disposal.And the use of PPP model can reduce risks,reasonable risk sharing is the key to the success of PPP projects.Based on this,this paper explores the application of PPP mode in the field of garbage disposal in combination with S Company.This paper studies the application of PPP model in S garbage disposal company.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,domestic and foreign research summary and comments,research contents,research methods,and innovation points.Secondly,this paper elaborates the basic concepts related to PPP model,analyses the organizational structure of PPP project implementation in detail,and makes a theoretical elaboration for the follow-up research of this paper,including public goods theory,principal-agent theory and project differentiation theory.Then,the necessity and feasibility of applying PPP model in waste treatment companies are analyzed.On this basis,the application of PPP model is explored with the case of S garbage disposal company.The operation process of PPP model is introduced.Cost-cost analysis,profit analysis,cash flow analysis,debt-paying ability analysis,sensitivity analysis and risk analysis of garbage disposal PPP project are carried out.The traditional garbage disposal model and PPP model are also analyzed by using fuzzy analysis method.Comparative evaluation analysis.Finally,the obstacles to the application of PPP model inwaste treatment companies are put forward,including imperfect PPP laws and regulations,inadequate government supervision,inadequate government decision-making and coordination capacity,unreasonable risk and income distribution mechanism,inadequate propaganda of waste treatment enterprises,and the corresponding solutions are put forward according to these problems.
