Nowadays,pets are popular among the post-90s population in China.With the important change of the role of pets from "watching the house and nursing home" to"emotional companion",feeding,playing and interacting with pets have put forward new demands for the home wear design of pets.In this paper,we major study the post-90s's home wear design,from the Angle of the crowd demand,Research and analysis of the home life of the post-90s pet owners,it is concluded that the post-90s pet owners' home wear design requirements and the influence factors,and then to design thinking,summarizes the design method and characteristics,and design practice to illustrate clearer the post-90s pet owners' home wear design demand and consumption trend.First of all,this paper analyzes the growth environment,lifestyle and characteristics of the post-90s population and their needs for companionship,and states the situation of the post-90s population in keeping pets and shows the relationship among people,pets and home wear.Then research on the post-90s pet owners' home,family life and activity,pet such as interaction,home wear buying preferences,analysis of the post-90s pet owners' home wear demand,then to design thinking,combined with the classification of the post-90s pet owners and their favorite home wear style,summed up the post-90s pet owners' home wear design method and design features.Finally,the design practice of home wear for post-90s pet owners was carried out,and design elements were extracted from traditional culture.The inspiration of"the cat in the Palace Museum" was selected for divergent thinking and product design,which met the needs of the post-90s pet owners who love traditional culture.It is expected to provide a basis and ideas for the design and development of home wear for the post-90s crowd,and provide a reference method for enterprises and the market.
