As the main force of scientific and technological innovation,scientific and technological personnel are one of the important factors affecting China's future scientific and technological development.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific and technological personnel,give play to their ingenuity and wisdom,and stabilize the scientific and technological personnel team has become an important issue for today's enterprise management and scientific and technological personnel.At present,the current state of scientific and technological innovation in China's energy companies is far from meeting the requirements of high efficiency and rapid adaptation to the market.The efficiency of technological innovation in enterprises is low,and their ability to innovate is low,in large part due to insufficient incentives for technological innovation.To solve this problem,it is necessary to study the incentive mechanism of scientific and technological innovation for scientific and technological personnel.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the incentive mechanism of scientific and technological personnel of energy companies in our country,find out the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of scientific and technological personnel of energy companies,and then analyze and solve the problems.In order to solve the current imperfect and immature incentive mechanism of RQ Group's scientific and technological personnel,create an incentive mechanism more in line with the development of RQ Group,and improve the level of scientific and technological innovation and innovation capabilities.Based on the content-based incentive theory,process-based theory,behavior-transformed incentive theory,and comprehensive incentive theory in the motivation theory,this paper sorts out the existing incentive mechanism of the RQ Group through literature,questionnaires,and comparative research.There are four main issues:unity,incomplete pay structure,over-subjectiveness of performance appraisal,and flow of spiritual motivation.In view of the current problems of the RQ Group's incentive mechanism,the actual situation of the RQ Group was collected,and the causes of the problems were analyzed.It also optimized the current RQ Group's scientific and technological personnel incentive mechanism from four aspects:perfecting career incentives,improving the salary system of scientific research results output,constructing an innovative development-driven performance evaluation system,and dual incentives of material and incentives.At the same time,the guarantee measures for the RQ Group's scientific and technological personnel incentive mechanism before,during,and after the operation were clarified.Improved the RQ Group's scientific and technological personnel's collective identity and innovation level and ability,and enriched the practical experience of motivation theory.It provides valuable experience in theoretical practice for stimulating scientific and technological personnel of domestic energy companies,and has strong practical significance and reference.
