Study On Pollution Control Of Livestock And Poultry Breeding In Yangzhou

Since China has begun to implement reform and opening up,all industries in China are in a state of rapid development.In order to meet the growing needs of people's life,the livestock and poultry breeding industry has also ushered in a peak of development.However,influenced by economic factors and the concept of not paying attention to environmental protection for a long time,China's livestock and poultry breeding industry is in a state of extensive development which neither thrifty nor environmentally friendly.It has made a great impact on the rural ecological environment.A majority of livestock farms in Yangzhou are very small and non-scale.Without scientific planning and layout,many small-scale farms did not conduct environmental impact assessments and obtained legal procedures.The unauthorized selection of the site along the Tongyu River,the Grand Canal and other important river basins has caused serious water pollution to Yangzhou.In Yangzhou,the situation of livestock pollution control is not optimistic.This thesis summarizes the work done by Yangzhou in recent years in the aspect of livestock and poultry pollution control,and calculates the emissions of livestock and poultry breeding pollutants in 2018 according to the data collected from the agricultural department and the statistical department.Through the summary of the government's work,it is found that although the joint meeting system for the utilization of livestock and poultry breeding wastes has been established,there is still a lack of cooperation between relevant departments,and there is still room for further improvement in the daily supervision and management level of relevant departments.The investment in terms of policy support is insufficient,we do not have established some demonstrative and ecological farms.Most livestock farms cannot manage themselves very well and the pollution treatment instrument have not been well maintained and updated.The government's propaganda on livestock and poultry pollution is not enough,and the participation of all sectors of society is not fully mobilized,and the participation of third-party professional pollution control companies is less.According to the problems that have been found,this thesis has made suggestions from the government,livestock and poultry breeding enterprises and industry associations.At the government level,we should make overall consideration and scientific planning to strengthen the supervision and guidance of livestock and poultry breeding enterprises.It is necessary to increase support for farms with better pollution control and help them to apply for demonstration farms.We should form a good situation of positive pollution control.On the premise of ensuring that the supply of livestock and poultry products is not affected and the employment of individual farmers is solved,we should promote the closure and conversion of small-scale farms that are unable to deal with livestock and poultry pollution.In terms of livestock and poultry breeding enterprises,we should guide breeding owners to try new technologies and learn new concepts.Also,breeding owners must manage different types of farms by categories and pay special attention to the water and air pollution caused by livestock and poultry breeding.It is necessary to start from the source of the livestock and poultry breeding industry.We should not only reduce the content of antibiotics and heavy metals in feed but also carry out scientific management and efficient breeding.In addition,it is necessary to give full play to the role of industry associations,actively promote green ecological pollution control model,and give full play to its guiding role.
