Konjac fine powder machine is the main equipment for the dry processing of konjac flour,and the transmission system is the core component of the equipment,its reasonable design directly affects the production efficiency of the whole machine and the quality of konjac flour processing.At present,there is less research on the transmission system of konjac flour mill,this paper uses the flour processing technology and the principle of the roller mill to analyze and study the transmission system of konjac flour mill.The main research contents of this paper are:1.Combining the characteristics of konjac fine flour processing,the composition and working principle of konjac fine flour machine are introduced,and the design of the various levels of the transmission system of the konjac fine flour drive system is completed.Under the no-load and load conditions of konjac flour mill,the power transmission process of the transmission system was studied and analyzed,and the motor and belt selection calculations were performed;2.Taking the various levels of transmission in the transmission system as the research object,the V-belt transmissions are calculated and analyzed theoretically.Based on the multi-body dynamics Recurdyn software,each level of transmission model is established,and the discrete element method is used to establish the belt model,which is combined with the actual working conditions to set parameters,and through simulation analysis,get the motion parameter curve and motion law of each level of transmission;3.Taking the V-belt transmission in the transmission system as the research object,analyze its lateral vibration,establish a lateral vibration mechanical model and kinematic differential equations.Set up 6 measurement points,and perform numerical simulation analysis of lateral vibration to obtain the horizontal Vibration situation,and analyze the influence of different tension force,driving wheel speed and load condition on lateral vibration,and get the law of lateral vibration of V-belt transmission;4.Taking the V-belt and timing belt drive in the transmission system as the researchobject,the mechanism of its transmission noise is analyzed,and it is divided into vibration noise,friction noise,impact noise and air flow noise according to the different causes.The vibration noise obtained through analysis is The main sources of transmission noise,and analyze the impact of tension,driving wheel speed,timing belt bandwidth,and number of timing belt teeth on transmission noise,and take measures to reduce transmission noise;5.Taking the second stage transmission in the transmission system as the research object,the friction heat generation calculation and analysis of the grinding rollers and bearings are carried out,and the heat transfer process of the grinding rollers is calculated and analyzed in combination with the heat transfer theory,Adopting a constant temperature workshop set at18 ?,a heat dissipation method mainly based on thermal convection can prevent konjac particles from saccharification due to excessive temperature.By designing the various levels of transmission in the transmission system of konjac flour,and theoretical and simulation analysis of the belt drive,and supply the theoretical analysis and research on the transmission system of konjac fine powder machine,and these theoretical studies are of engineering significance to the development of smart konjac fine powder machine.
