| The traditional design methods consider mechanical performance and appearance more, ignoring product vibration and noise problem. Noise is a prominent problem if product is in use. This problem seriously affects the operator’s physical and mental health, resulting in low productivity and high accident rate. Equipment vibration issues can also cause loss of life and add the failure rate. In addition, the State give more attention to noise and initiative harmonious design and green design. The relevant national legislations limit the product noise decibel value and design to protect users from a larger noise disturbance. Therefore When press hydraulic statin as the main object of study, main vibration source of device structure is identified by using both the finite element simulation analysis and instrument measurement. Then noise of the imporant part could be optimized and improved and the improved method is demonstrated whether is reasonable, resulting in an improved method for optimization.This article main work and achievements including following points:(1)Hydraulic system noise and vibration analysis. This article selects the appropriate hydraulic components from the design of the hydraulic system. The text analysed the hydraulic system including hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pump station and connecting tubing generated each kind of noise and vibration, proposed to reduce the noise of various basic methods and measures. These analyses may avoid the hydraulic system unreasonable design causing the big noise production, which has provided the reference value for the hydraulic system design personnel.(2)Hydraulic system identification and measurement of vibration and noise. The article discussed the basic theory and method for detection of recognition and measurement of mechanical vibration noise, the recognition and measurement of noise of hydraulic system by using noise measurement instrument and near-field measurement and selection of operation methods, analysed the reasons of the equipment to produce high vibration noise.(3)Hydraulic station for Finite Element Analysis. By using the finite element simulation software, it provided the basis for the analysis of noise of modal analysis, structure analysis and the acoustic modal analysis and harmonic structure dynamic response of the hydraulic station. Analysis of vibration of hydraulic station in different frequency ranges under strong external radiation and parts of sound pressure level distribution provided a theoretical basis for structure improvement of hydraulic station. Meanwhile, the improved acoustic simulation data into the pipeline before and after comparative analysis which is better effect in the pipeline noise reduction. In practice applications, the use of noise measuring instrument does have a good noise reduction effect and a good simulation software verified this conclusion.Based on the above findings, equipment noise caused main reasons and the corresponding improvement measures have be analyzed. And the use of simulation software for structural analysis to improve optimization verified by measurement tool for equipment and provided an analysis of vibration and noise with some guidance and useful. |
