More than 15 million tons of dust emissions exceed every year in China,of which the dust emissions dust of the non-metallic mineral products industry are 2.403 million tons,and the dust emissions of the non-metallic mineral products industry in Yunnan Province are about 80,000 tons.All walks of life have increasingly strict requirements for exhaust gas emissions.Enterprises involved in exhaust gas emissions in Yunnan Province have also begun to actively research more efficient exhaust gas treatment methods and find more suitable equipment.Among them,the metal filter membrane dust collector has a large filtration area and the equipment occupies a large area,cover an area of an area small.Under the same processing air volume,the volume ratio of metal filter membrane dust collector,sintered plate dust collector,and bag filter is 1:2:3.The metal filter membrane has a high filtration accuracy(≤10mg/Nm3)and is resistant to high temperatures.(≤400℃),corrosion resistance,long service life and other advantages,has a wide range of applications.This paper analyzes the application of sintered plate dust removal technology and low-pressure pulse bag dust removal technology in industrial flue gas dust removal,and analyzes the composition of the yellow phosphorus tail gas of a chemical enterprise in Yunnan and the relevant parameters of the yellow phosphorus tail gas calcination limestone process,analyzes the sintered plate dust removal technology and low pressure The feasibility analysis of the pulse bag dust removal technology in the yellow phosphorus tail gas calcined limestone,on this basis,the metal filter membrane dust collector is carried out experimental research and numerical simulation,which provides the basic theory for the metal filter membrane dust removal technology in practical applications.Concluded as follows:1.In the research on the effect of sintering plate dust removal technology on tin smelting smoke and dust,the dust emission concentration is ≤15mg/Nm3.2.Low-pressure pulse bag dust removal technology.In the study of yellow phosphorus tail gas calcining limestone,the inlet temperature of the dust collector is 130~150℃,the dust concentration at the outlet is <45mg/m3,and the dust removal efficiency is≥95%.3.In the research on the dust collection rate and dust removal efficiency of the metal filter membrane dust removal technology in the phosphorus chemical industry,the dust collection rate of the metal filter membrane dust collector is≥92.67%,and the outlet dust concentration of the dust collector is 2~4.6mg/m3,and Dust removal efficiency ≥97.3%.4.Metal filter membrane dust removal technology.In the research of electrolytic aluminum fume dust removal,the dust removal efficiency of metal filter membrane dust removal technology is 99.76% and 99.88%.5.Numerical simulation of metal filter membrane dust collector.After dusty flue gas enters the air inlet at a speed of 10m/s,jets appear in the inlet direction of the dust collector,and part of the dusty flue gas is between the ash hopper and the bottom of the bag.A vortex is formed;the pressure analysis results show that: low pressure occurs in the x,y,and z sections,and high pressure occurs in both the x and z sections.
