Corporate culture refers to the material and spiritual symbols formulated for the management of employees through practical experience in the process of enterprise development,which includes the development goals,core values,moral standards and other contents of the enterprise.From this we can see that if the enterprise lacks or does not attach importance to the construction of enterprise culture,it will reduce the cohesion of the enterprise,and in the construction of enterprise culture,it should be closely integrated with the actual situation of the enterprise,only in this way can the enterprise culture have vitality.Taking SX Company as the research object,this paper deeply analyses the problems existing in the corporate culture construction of the Company.This paper analyses the current situation of culture construction of SX Company from material,behavioral,institutional and spiritual levels,and probes into the problems existing in the corporate culture of the Company through questionnaire survey:in material level,the cultural brand construction of SX Company is relatively low,the industry status,popularity and corporate image of the Company need to be further improved;At the same time,the leadership of SX Company does not attach enough importance to the construction of corporate culture.There is a lack of communication between the leadership and grass-roots employees.There is also a lack of communication platform between employers and employees.The activities of corporate culture are dull and the propaganda of corporate culture construction needs to be improved.Institutional level,SX Company lacks a special corporate culture system,reasonable talent introduction system,incentive system and talent training system.At the spiritual level,the core values of the SX Company are relatively vague,ignoring the refinement of the enterprise spirit,enterprise vision and other concepts,and failing to integrate them into the process of enterprise culture construction.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding cultural strategy plan through research:In material level,put the trait of LNG industry and green development idea in cultural strategy,use technical methods to improve work efficiency.In behavioral level,break the communication barrier between leaders and employees,implement"leaders to employees"activities.In institutional level,establish a equitable mechanism of talent introduction,eliminate nepotism,make effective incentive mechamism.In spiritual levels,let leaders pay more attention to spiritual culture construction,use relaxed,fun psychic elemental to build people-centered culture.On this basis,the Company should provide ideological,supervision and capital guarantee,and give advise to improve culture strategy of SX Company,so as to broaden the management of the enterprise itself in the cultural construction management work.At the same time,the research results of this paper can also be used for reference by other enterprises in LNG industry.
