The 21 st century is an era of cultural management and cultural enrichment.Corporate culture is the core competitiveness of an enterprise and the most important content of enterprise management.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,many domestic enterprises have gradually realized the important role of corporate culture construction,and through cultural construction has produced a significant promoting effect on the development of enterprises.For example,Haier's concept of "customer first,self first" and Huawei's Basic Law issued in March 1998 have all formed lasting spiritual impetus for the development of the enterprise.However,there are also some enterprises in the cultural construction of visual,slogan level,did not take effective measures to really win the recognition of employees,resulting in the idea failed to form awareness,failed to produce the effect of guiding practice.Only when the corporate culture is recognized by the employees,can it truly play its role by turning the recognition into the consciousness guiding actions,thus influencing and condensing the thoughts of the employees and unifying their behaviors,so as to better promote the development of the enterprise.This paper studies the status quo of corporate cultural identity of YL Company,a state-owned enterprise.Through the survey and analysis by positions and ages,it understands the degree of employee's recognition of corporate culture,analyzes the problems and deficiencies existing in cultural construction,and puts forward systematic improvement measures.This paper firstly combed the domestic and foreign scholars in the enterprise culture,cultural identity and cultural identity theory achievements,set up their own ideas and research framework,then,to the interpretation,The author believes that YL company has a big difference in corporate cultural identity in different dimensions and different levels.Put forward at the cognitive level,completes the demonstration lead and cognitive concept,in the emotional level,to do ideological work to help its aggravation,the behavior level,the promotion behavior standard and comprehensive qualities,at the social level,improve supervision and evaluation mechanism of several strategies,YL company enterprise improvement project of cultural identity,to provide reference for other companies in the industry.
