| At present,the injection molding industry is developing rapidly,but the mainstream injection molding machine can meet the daily production requirements,but the level of intelligence is relatively backward compared with foreign countries.Research and development of the injection molding industry MES system suitable for the production status of the workshop is the only way to improve lean production in the injection molding workshop.The MES system is a production process execution system for manufacturing enterprise workshops,providing a manufacturing collaborative management platform for materials,products,equipment,employees,intelligent analysis,planned scheduling,etc.Effectively solve problems such as poor information communication,low management efficiency,low quality traceability,and chaotic knowledge information management.Through the in-depth study of the production characteristics and MES system of the injection molding industry,this paper designs and develops the MES monitoring system for the injection molding industry based on the B/S mode using Lab VIEW software combined with graphical language and C language.Based on the overall software and hardware architecture of the system,the Unified Modeling Language(UML)is used for requirements analysis,and the VISIO design includes use case diagrams for equipment,materials,products,production data^and intelligent analysis.According to the user needs analysis combined with the database E-R model,use the SQL database to build the database required by the system.The ADO technology is used to realize the communication between the Lab VIEW and the SQL database,and the SQL text is used to realize the mutual access between the OPC client and the Lab VIEW to store the underlying data into the database.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)In-depth study of MES,combined with the production status of the injection molding industry workshop,design and development of the software and hardware architecture and system access service mode of the injection molding industry MES monitoring system.(2)In combination with user needs,the design and development consists of four parts of the database,including personnel,equipment,orders and materials,to store the data information of the injection molding enterprise.(3)Based on ten classic MES modules,design and development of workshop overview,equipment details,personnel information,order management,product analysis,material details,report center and other functional modules.(4)The system of 9 injection molding units was selected for system testing,which verified that the injection molding industry MES monitoring system is reliable and accurate. |
